At the Oras factory in Rauma, a comprehensive evaluation of the forklift fleet was conducted. As a result, the number of forklifts was reduced from 31 to 23. Nine new forklifts were acquired, while existing forklifts underwent condition and safety inspections.

The entire forklift fleet was transferred to the THTT Extended Rent agreement. This makes managing the fleet clearer and simplifies tracking. “Now we don’t have to worry about falling behind developments,” adds a satisfied Timo Rapeli.

A weighing device was installed on one of the support-arm stackers. To enhance safety, metal grilles were fitted to the overhead guards.

During the implementation phase, operators received training on the features of the new machines.
