The Tornado automated storage system allows a large quantity of small items to be stored compactly, enabling fast and error-free item-level picking. Further enhancing efficiency, optimized picking sequences and batch picking streamline the process even more.

Logmaster transfers the picking lists directly to Tornado. You select the lists to pick, print out labels for the boxes, and then Tornado brings out the shelves one at a time. Using light-guided indicators, Tornado shows exactly which product to pick, how many pieces are needed, and which box to place them into. After all items from a shelf have been sorted into their respective boxes, Tornado presents the next shelf for picking.
