Each traffic cone has a robust structure and an anti-slip base that helps it stay in place on a suitable, even surface. The base is made from 100% recycled PVC thermoplastic, while the cone section uses recycled LDPE and HDPE plastic. An R2-class prismatic reflector provides strong daytime luminance and night-time reflectivity.
For a more continuous boundary, the 750 mm traffic cone can be fitted with an optional cone-top retractable belt cassette. Its self-retracting belt extends to 3.65 m.

The base is made from 100% recycled PVC thermoplastic, giving the cone a sturdy lower section. Recycled LDPE and HDPE plastic form the cone body. Both parts therefore make use of recycled plastic materials.
