Mobile safety steps with spring-loaded castors make frequent access to warehouse shelving, production points and retail displays easier. Four castors allow the unit to be moved between tasks without lifting. When the user steps onto a tread, the weight-reactive castors retract and the rubber-covered bases settle onto the floor, creating a stable position for climbing and work.
Full-length handrails on both sides support ascent and descent. A guard rail surrounds three sides of the upper platform, while the large anti-slip treads have a rubber covering. The platform measures 280 × 360 mm in every model, and each tread measures 230 × 360 mm.
The anodised double-cavity aluminium frame is fitted with four 100 mm spring-loaded castors. The maximum load is 150 kg.

These mobile safety steps roll to the next work point on four castors, making them practical for repeated access to shelving, materials and equipment. Once the user steps on, the base settles onto the floor automatically. The range is available with two, three, four or five treads. Platform heights run from 500 to 1,270 mm, so the same product design can serve low shelving as well as higher access points. Full-length handrails, a guard rail around the platform and broad rubber-covered treads provide support throughout the climb and while standing on the upper platform.
The four 100 mm spring-loaded castors are the key to the weight-reactive design. With no one on the steps, the castors support the frame and allow it to roll between work points. When weight is applied to a tread, the castors retract. The rubber skirt and rubber feet then make contact with the floor and help prevent the unit from sliding. The change from rolling to floor contact happens automatically as the user climbs.
Long handrails run along both sides of the access section. They give the user a clear handhold when stepping up or down, which is particularly useful when the steps are used several times during a shift. At the top, a high guard rail surrounds three sides of the working platform. This creates a defined standing area and provides support behind and beside the user.
Each tread measures 230 × 360 mm. The broad surface gives the foot a clear place to land, while the anti-slip rubber covering improves contact between footwear and the tread. The upper platform measures 280 × 360 mm on every model, giving the range a consistent standing area regardless of platform height.
The frame is made from anodised double-cavity aluminium and supports the treads, handrails and upper guard rail. Four castors handle movement between work points. Move the steps only while they are empty, and use the handrails when climbing.
