When the load is wide, heavy or awkward to handle, an open platform is often the most practical answer. The Series 100 platform trolley is built for that kind of work. Its open-deck design gives full access from every side, making loading and unloading easier when you are moving machine parts, cartons, long packs or other bulky goods.
The electro-galvanised steel frame is made for demanding industrial use, while the laminate deck gives the load a stable, hard-wearing surface. With a load capacity of up to 800 kg, this heavy-duty platform trolley is a dependable choice for warehouses, production areas, dispatch zones and workshops where equipment is used every day.
The trolley runs on four Ø200 mm solid rubber castors, with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors for controlled movement. A braked version is also available when extra control is needed on ramps or uneven floors.
Three sizes are available:
All with a low 300 mm deck height.

This platform trolley is made for demanding environments where equipment is used hard and used often. The electro-galvanised steel frame provides a durable base for daily transport tasks, and the laminate deck gives heavy goods a stable surface. With a load capacity of up to 800 kg when the weight is evenly distributed, the trolley is well suited to moving bulky items without turning every transfer into several smaller runs.
The main advantage of this flatbed trolley is easy to see: there are no side panels to work around. That matters in everyday use more than many catalogue features do. Large cartons, machine components, steel parts, furniture frames, packed materials and other oversized goods can be lifted or slid onto the deck from whichever side is most convenient.
An open platform trolley also copes well with changing loads. One trip might involve long packs from goods-in, the next a batch of components moving between workstations, and the next oversized boxes heading towards packing or dispatch. Because the deck is unobstructed, the trolley adapts quickly to different jobs without forcing the user to work around fixed side structures.
The construction suits environments where trolleys are expected to keep moving through repeated impacts, heavy loads and long shifts. The frame is made from electro-galvanised metal, a practical finish for industrial handling equipment because it helps protect the steel in hard everyday use. The deck is made from laminate board, which gives the load a firm, durable contact surface. It stands up well to repeated loading, is straightforward to keep clean and provides a practical working surface for a wide variety of industrial goods. Together, the steel frame and laminate deck create a platform trolley that feels solid under load without becoming complicated to use.
This model is fitted with four Ø200 mm solid rubber castors. The large wheel diameter helps the trolley roll more smoothly across joints, thresholds and typical industrial floor irregularities than smaller wheels would. The wheel set-up combines 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors. That is a proven layout for a transport trolley of this size and capacity. The fixed castors help the trolley track steadily on longer runs, while the swivel castors make it easier to guide around corners, shelving ends, machines and loading points.
A braked version is also available. This is worth considering in areas where the trolley is loaded on ramps, parked on slightly sloping floors or used near docks and transfer points where extra control is important. The brake does not change the carrying strength of the trolley, but it can make everyday use safer and easier in the right setting.
The platform height is 300 mm. That low loading height becomes useful the moment heavier goods need to be lifted or slid onto the trolley. Keeping the deck lower reduces lifting distance and makes side loading simpler, especially with bulky items that are easier to push or slide into place than fully lift. It also keeps the centre of gravity lower than on a taller trolley, which supports stable handling during transport.
The Series 100 platform trolley is available in three sizes, all with the same 300 mm platform height and the same 800 kg load capacity.
