The Seventec BP is made for jobs where a little extra working height makes a practical difference. It provides a stable place to stand during construction, installation, finishing and maintenance tasks, without the size of a larger access system. Because the frame is made from lightweight aluminium, the work platform is easy to reposition when the job moves from one area to the next.

Access is available from both sides. This is useful on busy sites and in maintenance areas because the platform can be approached from the more convenient direction. It also reduces the need to turn the complete unit around when the working position changes. The range includes wide and narrow models, so the standing area and overall format can be matched to the available space.

A stable platform with an integrated hinge connection

The hinge runs along the full length of the platform and forms an important part of the structure. It helps keep the frame stable and torsionally rigid when the Seventec BP is open. This matters in regular professional use, where a work platform may be folded, carried and set up several times during the working day.

Folding locking braces are fitted to the side rails. They limit the opening angle and keep the two sides in the correct position. The layout also avoids loose chains between the sides. The hinge and braces form a straightforward mechanism that can be checked before work begins.

A design-protected connection joins the steps to the side stiles. This supports a part of the frame that is repeatedly loaded as the user climbs and descends. The result is a lightweight aluminium work platform built around the needs of construction sites, service areas and maintenance halls.

85 mm deep steps and access from either side

Each side has ribbed steps with a depth of 85 mm. The extra step depth gives the foot more room than a narrow rung, while the ribbed surface improves contact underfoot. This makes the Seventec BP suitable for tasks where the user needs to step up and down regularly during the day.

Double-sided access also makes the platform flexible in changing work areas. An installer can approach from the side that is clear, and a maintenance worker can position the platform according to the machine, wall or service point. The working direction can change without depending on a single access side.

Wide or narrow Seventec BP model

The wide model has a 600 × 300 mm standing platform. It is the better choice when more foot space is useful, such as during installation or finishing work that keeps the user in one position for longer periods. Three platform heights are available: 490, 740 and 990 mm.

The narrow model has a 377 × 231 mm platform. Its smaller format suits confined spaces, narrow working areas and tasks where the unit is moved often by hand. The available platform heights are 460, 660 and 880 mm. Choosing the narrow version can make positioning easier when floor space is limited, while the wide version gives the user a larger standing area.

Both versions are offered in 2 × 2, 2 × 3 and 2 × 4 step configurations. Select the model by considering the required platform height, the room available around the work point and the amount of standing space needed for the task.
