It is often a mix of boxes, components, containers, consumables and tools that need to stay visible and within reach. Five shelf levels make the 300 Series shelf trolley useful when many smaller or medium-sized items need to be separated during transport. Instead of stacking everything onto one platform, the shelves let workers divide the load by job, part number, work area or delivery point. Each MDF shelf has an approximate capacity of 100 kg when the load is evenly distributed. The total capacity is up to 500 kg, giving the trolley the strength needed for demanding industrial use. The shelf spacing of approximately 280 mm also leaves room for higher cartons, canisters and Euronorm containers. Small parts remain easier to see, and heavier boxes can be placed lower down to keep the trolley stable during movement.

MDF shelves with lipped edges for safer handling

The 20 mm lipped edge helps keep items on the shelf when the trolley is being pushed through corridors, across production floors or around warehouse corners. Solid rubber wheels for steady movement

The fixed wheels help the trolley track in the direction of travel, while the swivel wheels make it easier to turn at the end of an aisle, position the trolley beside a workbench or move it into a storage bay. The 200 mm wheel diameter is useful in industrial premises where the floor may include joints, thresholds or small uneven sections. Solid rubber wheels help smooth the movement and are a dependable option for indoor material handling. The wheels are needle-bearing, which supports easier rolling when the load is heavy.

Choose a braked or non-braked shelf trolley

The 300 Series shelf trolley is available with or without brakes. The non-braked model is suitable for straightforward transport tasks where the trolley is mainly moved between stable loading points. The braked version adds extra control when the trolley is loaded with heavy goods, parked for loading or used in an area where movement must be managed carefully. A braked shelf trolley is often the better choice for maintenance work, packing stations, production support and any work area where the trolley may stand close to people, machines or other equipment. The brake helps keep the trolley in place while items are taken from the shelves, which can make handling calmer and more controlled.
