The 300 Series heavy duty shelf trolley is made for moving tools, spare parts, boxes and workshop supplies where one light trolley is not enough. A strong steel frame and five MDF shelves give the shelf trolley a total load capacity of up to 500 kg, so it suits warehouses, maintenance areas, production floors and industrial stockrooms.
With two fixed and two swivel solid rubber wheels, the trolley is easy to steer even when the load is heavy. The 200 mm wheel diameter helps the shelf trolley roll over floor joints and small uneven sections. Choose the model without brakes for straightforward daily movement, or the braked version when extra control is needed during loading, unloading or storage.

The 300 Series heavy duty shelf trolley is a practical choice when tools, spare parts, cartons and workshop materials need to move through the building in one organised load. In a busy warehouse or maintenance area, the problem is rarely one heavy item only. It is often a mix of boxes, components, containers, consumables and tools that need to stay visible and within reach. This shelf trolley gives that work a strong, clear structure: five MDF shelves, a stable steel frame and a total load capacity of up to 500 kg. The open shelves make loading and unloading quick from either side, while the tall 1800 mm height gives good vertical storage without taking unnecessary floor space.
Five shelf levels make the 300 Series shelf trolley useful when many smaller or medium-sized items need to be separated during transport. Instead of stacking everything onto one platform, the shelves let workers divide the load by job, part number, work area or delivery point. Each MDF shelf has an approximate capacity of 100 kg when the load is evenly distributed. The total capacity is up to 500 kg, giving the trolley the strength needed for demanding industrial use. The shelf spacing of approximately 280 mm also leaves room for higher cartons, canisters and Euronorm containers. Small parts remain easier to see, and heavier boxes can be placed lower down to keep the trolley stable during movement.
The shelf surfaces are made from MDF, which gives a firm and even base for boxes, tool cases and loose supplies. The 20 mm lipped edge helps keep items on the shelf when the trolley is being pushed through corridors, across production floors or around warehouse corners. The MDF laminate shelf surfaces are sealed at the edges to handle normal workshop splashes and everyday use. This makes the shelf trolley suitable for dry indoor industrial environments where the trolley may be used near tools, machines, packing materials or maintenance supplies.
The frame is built from powder-coated 25 mm steel tube. Powder coating gives the trolley a clean industrial finish and helps protect the frame in normal warehouse and workshop conditions. The structure is designed for regular movement, not only occasional storage, which makes the trolley suitable for workdays where it is loaded, moved, emptied and loaded again many times. The open frame also gives good access to the shelves. Workers can see what is on the trolley without opening doors or removing covers, which saves time in order picking and maintenance work. For many workplaces, this makes a shelf trolley more efficient than a closed cabinet trolley when quick identification of tools, parts or stock is important.
The trolley is fitted with two fixed and two swivel solid rubber wheels. This wheel arrangement gives a good balance between straight-line control and manoeuvrability. The fixed wheels help the trolley track in the direction of travel, while the swivel wheels make it easier to turn at the end of an aisle, position the trolley beside a workbench or move it into a storage bay. The 200 mm wheel diameter is useful in industrial premises where the floor may include joints, thresholds or small uneven sections. Solid rubber wheels help smooth the movement and are a dependable option for indoor material handling. The wheels are needle-bearing, which supports easier rolling when the load is heavy.
The 300 Series shelf trolley is available with or without brakes. The non-braked model is suitable for straightforward transport tasks where the trolley is mainly moved between stable loading points. The braked version adds extra control when the trolley is loaded with heavy goods, parked for loading or used in an area where movement must be managed carefully. A braked shelf trolley is often the better choice for maintenance work, packing stations, production support and any work area where the trolley may stand close to people, machines or other equipment. The brake helps keep the trolley in place while items are taken from the shelves, which can make handling calmer and more controlled.
