This model combines a 500 kg total load capacity with five MDF shelves and a strong electro-galvanised steel frame. The design is simple, open and easy to load from the sides. Goods remain visible during picking and replenishment, and the user can separate product groups onto different shelf levels.

Five MDF shelves for organised transport

The five MDF shelf boards give the trolley plenty of usable storage space without making the structure complicated. MDF is a practical shelf material for boxes, cartons, packaging supplies, tools and components, especially when a flat and even surface is preferred. It gives items a steadier base than an open frame and helps reduce hard contact between the load and the trolley structure. The shelf layout helps keep daily work organised. Frequently used items can be placed at a comfortable height, while heavier goods can be loaded lower to support stable handling. The shelf levels also make it easier to separate different materials, such as spare parts, packing materials, service tools, order picking goods or production components. A 20 mm raised edge helps prevent items from sliding off the shelf when the trolley is turned or moved across the floor.

The Shelf Trolley 500 Series has a maximum total load capacity of 500 kg when the load is evenly distributed. This gives the trolley enough strength for heavier warehouse and workshop tasks, while still keeping the goods divided over five shelves. The open shelf trolley structure is especially useful when several smaller items need to be moved together, instead of one single large load. The electro-galvanised frame supports long service life in active indoor use. It is designed for environments where trolleys are moved, loaded and handled repeatedly during the working day. The steel frame gives the trolley the stiffness needed for transport work, while the galvanised surface helps protect the structure in normal industrial and warehouse conditions.

Stable movement with solid rubber wheels

Mobility is one of the main strengths of this industrial shelf trolley. The trolley is fitted with 200 mm diameter solid rubber wheels, which support smooth and balanced movement even when the trolley is carrying a full load. Solid rubber wheels are a reliable choice for warehouse floors, production areas and service environments because they do not puncture and are well suited to repeated indoor use. The wheel configuration includes two fixed wheels and two swivel castors. The fixed wheels help the trolley track steadily when it is pushed in a straight line, while the swivel castors make it easier to steer at corners, through doorways and around workstations. This combination gives the user good control without making the trolley difficult to manoeuvre in narrower areas.

Brake option for extra load control

The Shelf Trolley 500 Series is available as a version without brakes and as a braked version. The model without brakes is a straightforward choice when the trolley is mainly used for transport between fixed points and is not left standing with a heavy load for long periods. The braked model is recommended when extra security is needed during loading, picking, unloading or temporary storage at the workstation. With the braked model, the trolley can be held in place with the foot-operated brake while goods are added or removed.
