These stationary single scissor lift tables provide electro-hydraulic height adjustment for loads from 500 to 4,000 kg. Each model uses one scissor mechanism beneath the platform. Depending on the model, the platform starts at 200–240 mm and rises to 990–1,300 mm. Model selection should be based on both the total load and the required working height.

Stationary electric scissor lift tables for demanding workplaces

All models use a three-phase 380 V / 16 A supply. The electro-hydraulic system raises and lowers the platform smoothly and is designed for repeated use in demanding industrial environments. A control voltage below 24 V adds a practical safety measure to the operating system.

Bringing a load closer to the required working or transfer height can make assembly, inspection, loading and unloading, or service work more direct. It can also reduce unnecessary manual repositioning when materials move between different stages of a process.

Heavy-load lifting calls for more than capacity. Every single scissor lift table in this range includes features that protect the hydraulic system and support safer servicing:

• Mechanical maintenance support: provides physical support for the raised platform during maintenance.
• Hydraulic pressure relief valve: protects the hydraulic system against excessive pressure.
• Hose burst protection: adds protection if a hydraulic line fails.
• Low-voltage control: the control circuit operates below 24 V.

How to select the right single scissor lift table

• 500 kg: HW500L covers 200–1,000 mm. HW1004 also has a 500 kg duty-cycle alternative and reaches 1,300 mm.
• 1,000 kg: HW1001 covers 205–990 mm. HW1004 offers a 1,000 kg alternative with a range of 240–1,300 mm.
• 2,000 kg: HW2001 and HW2002 both cover 230–1,000 mm and use two cylinders.
• 4,000 kg: HW4002 covers 240–1,050 mm and uses two cylinders.

These lift tables are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor locations, the frame resists splashing water, while powder coating helps protect it against corrosion.

Optional controls for the workflow

A foot control and wireless remote control are available as optional equipment. A foot control may be useful where the operator needs to keep both hands available for the task.
