Spring-loaded shelf trolley for easier stock handling

When boxes and products are handled repeatedly, a fixed loading height soon becomes inconvenient. This spring-loaded shelf trolley uses a self-adjusting upper shelf that changes height with the load. Goods remain easier to reach while the trolley is being loaded or emptied, helping to limit repeated bending during routine handling work.  Its two loading levels provide space for different goods, while the 300 kg total load capacity supports demanding daily transport tasks. The upper shelf can also be lifted out of the way so that several trolleys can be nested together when they are not required.

A self-levelling shelf that follows the load

The upper loading level is the main feature of this self-levelling shelf trolley. Its load-adjustable spring action is specified for loads from 0 to 90 kg. Adding goods moves the shelf down, while removing them allows it to rise. Instead of reaching progressively lower as the upper load is removed, the user can handle the remaining goods from a more accessible level.

The upper shelf moves between a maximum height of 810 mm and a minimum height of 310 mm. This 500 mm movement range allows the working level to adapt as products are added or removed. The action is automatic, so the shelf does not need to be reset manually during each loading or unloading cycle.

Nestable trolley for compact storage

Handling equipment must also be easy to store. The upper shelf can be raised, allowing one trolley to slide partly inside another. This makes the nestable trolley practical for workplaces that keep several units ready for busy periods but want to recover floor space when demand is lower. Nesting does not require the upper shelf to be removed. Lift the shelf before placing the trolleys together, then lower it again when the next task begins.

Four swivel castors for confined working areas

The trolley runs on four swivel castors, each with a diameter of 125 mm. Because every castor swivels, the trolley can change direction without a wide turning circle. This helps when moving through store aisles, around shelving or within compact warehouse work areas. Braked and non-braked versions are available. The braked option is suitable when the trolley needs to remain stationary during loading or unloading.

Optional height-adjustable handle for different users

The spring-loaded shelf trolley is also available with an ergonomic height-adjustable handle. This option allows the handle position to be adapted for different users and working preferences. It is a useful choice where several employees share the same trolley or where the trolley moves between departments during the working day.
