Turn a standard EUR pallet into a practical storage unit with this stackable mesh pallet collar. The 1200 x 800 mm frame is lowered onto the pallet, where retaining edges help keep it in position. It is a simple way to contain cartons, packaged components or awkwardly shaped goods without changing the pallet format used in the warehouse.
A half-width section of one long side acts as an access gate. It can be folded down or removed when more room is needed for loading, unloading or picking. Staff can reach the contents from the side instead of working over the full height of the pallet cage. The open mesh also keeps the load visible during everyday storage and handling.

Cartons, packaged components and awkwardly shaped goods can be difficult to keep together on an open pallet. This stackable mesh pallet collar adds metal sides around a standard 1200 x 800 mm EUR pallet, turning the pallet into a clearly defined storage unit. The load remains visible through the mesh, while the frame helps keep suitable goods within the pallet area during storage and internal handling.
The frame is designed to be placed directly on a 1200 x 800 mm EUR pallet. Retaining edges locate the cage on the pallet and help hold it firmly in position. There is no need to move the goods into a separate box simply to create surrounding walls. The EUR pallet remains the base of the unit, which makes this Euro pallet cage a practical addition to an established pallet-based workflow
Access is often the main problem with a tall pallet cage. Reaching over the top is inconvenient, and unloading the upper layers only to reach items lower down wastes time. On this model, a half-width section of one long side acts as a gate. It can be folded down for routine access or removed when a wider, unobstructed opening is more useful.
The half gate helps during loading, unloading and order picking. Operators can approach the load from the long side and work through the opening rather than over the full wall height. This is particularly helpful with the 1500 and 1800 mm versions, where top access alone would be less practical. Once access is no longer required, the gate can be returned to its normal position so that the pallet cage again surrounds the load.
The correct height depends on the size of the goods, how often they must be picked and how the loaded unit will be handled. All three versions occupy the footprint of one EUR pallet:
The mesh pallet collars can be stacked on top of one another. This allows compatible units to use vertical space instead of occupying a separate floor position for every pallet. Stackability can be valuable in buffer storage, production supply areas and warehouses where floor space must be used carefully.
The metal frame has an electro-galvanised finish. This surface treatment helps protect the metal against corrosion during normal indoor storage and handling. It also leaves a clean metallic surface that is easy to inspect as part of routine warehouse checks.
Solid pallet boxes hide most of the load from view. The open mesh structure of this pallet cage lets staff see the contents from several sides before opening the gate. That can make it easier to identify the correct pallet, notice when stock is running low and check whether a load appears complete.
