The fully welded stainless steel table trolley is built for daily work in food production, warehouses and workshops, where corrosion and constant wear quickly take their toll on ordinary carts. A 1 mm stainless steel sheet covers each particle board shelf, giving you a clean working surface that handles knocks, spills and frequent washdowns without losing its shape.
Four 125 mm swivel casters move the trolley in any direction, even down a tight aisle. Pick the version with brakes if the cart parks next to a packing table or on a slight slope, or go without if it never really stops.

A fully welded stainless steel table trolley belongs in places where hygiene and durability cannot be compromised. Food production lines, dispatch counters, parts stores and service workshops all share the same problem: regular cleaning, splashes of water and detergent, and the kind of knocks that quickly wear down painted carts. This trolley is built for exactly that kind of work. The frame is welded throughout. There are no loose joints to work themselves apart over the years, and no fasteners to rust around the heads. On top of each shelf sits a 1 mm stainless steel sheet bonded to a thick particle board panel.
All four wheels are 125 mm swivel casters. They turn a full 360 degrees, so the trolley pivots on its own length even in narrow gangways. The rubber tread cushions vibration on uneven concrete and does not leave marks on factory floors. If the cart often parks next to a packing table or on a sloped floor, choose the version with brakes. The brakes lock the casters in place, so the trolley stays put while someone unloads heavier boxes. For carts that move continuously between stations and rarely stand still, the brake-free version is quicker to handle and has fewer wear points to maintain over time.
Stainless steel is the natural choice when moisture, detergents and acidic foodstuffs are part of the daily routine. The surface does not corrode the way painted or galvanised steel eventually does, and it does not need any additional coating to keep its appearance. Even after years of cleaning with strong agents, the shelves stay smooth and the sheet keeps its sheen. The stainless top also acts as armour for the particle board core. Boxes slide across it without scratching the working surface, and accidental knocks from forklift forks or hand pallet trucks do not dent the panel. You get a clean, level surface where bins glide instead of catching on rough edges. A wipe with a standard food-safe detergent is enough on most shifts, and the sealed welds mean there are no rough corners where dirt or moisture can collect. That makes the trolley a sensible pick for HACCP-controlled areas and any operation that records cleaning routines for inspections.
The trolley comes in two configurations, so you can match the cart to the task instead of squeezing a single design into every corner of the facility.
The standard two-tier version is the one most warehouses and packing areas reach for first. The wider footprint makes it the right choice for heavier spare parts boxes, full beverage crates and stacked tools moving between stations. The 200 kg load rating covers most assembly and warehouse jobs, and the lower height keeps the centre of gravity steady when the load sits unevenly across the shelf. The 450 mm shelf gap is roomy enough for a tall picking tote on the lower level while leaving space for paperwork or smaller items above.
The narrow and tall version is the better fit for warehouses with narrow drive-in racking, and for maintenance teams working in cramped service shafts. The slimmer footprint slides through tight rack aisles where a wider cart simply will not fit, and the extra shelf clearance leaves room for tall chemical canisters, cleaning supplies and boxed equipment that would not stand upright on the standard model. The 510 mm gap is also handy for laboratory bottles and tall canisters that the lower-profile model would force you to lay on their side. Its 150 kg load capacity is enough for most maintenance routes and inspection rounds.
