Steel IBC Spill Pallet for 1 or 2 IBC Containers

A steel IBC spill pallet gives IBC storage a clear, contained base where leaks and drips can be collected instead of being allowed to spread across the floor. It is a practical choice when one or two IBC containers need to be placed in a defined storage position and handled as part of normal warehouse or production work. The robust steel construction is made for dependable industrial use, while the standard structure allows the unit to be handled with a forklift and other lifting equipment.

Choose the IBC spill pallet to suit the number of containers

The one-container model is appropriate when a single IBC is stored at a workstation, near a production process or in a separate liquid-storage area. Its 1,100-litre collection capacity and 1,310 × 1,310 mm footprint give the container a clearly defined place without creating a long storage row. It can be a useful option where each liquid needs its own location or where the layout needs to remain flexible.

The two-container model is intended for two IBC containers stored side by side. At 2,530 mm long and 1,310 mm wide, it brings two containers into one containment point while keeping the overall footprint straightforward to plan. Its lower 450 mm height can be useful when the location needs a lower storage profile, but the final choice should always take account of site procedures, container handling and the type of lifting equipment in use.

Practical handling with forklifts and lifting equipment

IBC containers are commonly moved as part of regular goods-in, production and dispatch activity. For that reason, the position of an IBC bund should support the normal movement of equipment instead of forcing improvised handling. This model has a standard construction for forklifts and other lifting equipment, so it can be moved and placed in the chosen position when required.

Product options and dimensions

The steel IBC spill pallet is available in a model for one IBC container and a model for two IBC containers. Select the option according to the number of IBCs that will be stored at the same point, the available floor space and the way the containers need to be approached for handling.

• Spill pallet for one IBC container: collection capacity 1,100 litres, dimensions 1,310 × 1,310 × 750 mm, weight 110 kg.
• Spill pallet for two IBC containers: collection capacity 1,200 litres, dimensions 2,530 × 1,310 × 450 mm, weight 170 kg.
