This steel shelf trolley gives the user practical shelf levels, a solid sheet steel structure and a compact frame that is easy to move inside a warehouse, workshop, stockroom or production area. The trolley is designed for internal material handling where the same load may need to be picked, moved, sorted and temporarily stored during the working day. It is not tied to one workstation or one department. It can be used next to a packing bench, beside a machine, in a spare parts store, in a maintenance area or along a warehouse aisle. The overall size of 980 x 585 x 1445 mm gives good usable shelf space while keeping the trolley narrow enough for many busy indoor routes.

Reversible shelves with a flat side or raised edge

The main strength of this shelf trolley is the adjustable use of the shelf levels. Each 900 x 540 mm shelf can be mounted with the edge facing upwards or downwards. When the edge is facing up, the shelf works like a shallow tray. This helps keep smaller parts, loose items and light packages on the shelf during movement. It is a useful choice when the trolley is used for picking small components, collecting tools or moving mixed items between work areas. When the same shelf is mounted with the edge facing down, the top surface becomes more open. This gives more usable flat area for larger cartons, boxes, trays or containers that need to slide on and off the shelf without the raised edge getting in the way. The same trolley can therefore be set up for small-part handling one day and for larger packages the next.

Sheet steel shelf levels for demanding daily work

The shelf levels are made from sheet steel, which makes the trolley suitable for environments where equipment is used every day and has to stand up to repeated loading and unloading. Sheet steel also gives the shelf surface a practical, work-ready base for boxes, plastic bins, spare parts and tools. The total load capacity is 250 kg when the load is evenly distributed. This gives enough capacity for many common warehouse and workshop tasks without making the trolley unnecessarily large.

Four swivel castors for easy movement

The trolley is equipped with four 125 mm diameter swivel castors. Because all four castors turn, the trolley can be guided in tight spaces, around benches and along narrow aisles with less effort. This is useful in real warehouse work, where the route is rarely a straight line from one open area to another. Forklift traffic, pallet locations, packing tables and machines often make space limited. A shelf trolley with swivel castors is easier to position exactly where the work is taking place. Two of the castors have brakes. The brakes help keep the trolley in place during loading, unloading and temporary storage. This matters especially when the trolley is being used as a picking trolley or as a mobile holding point beside a workstation. A trolley that stays steady when the user reaches for a box or places parts on the shelf is easier and more confident to use. The 125 mm castor diameter also suits a trolley of this size, giving smooth movement in normal indoor conditions.
