The 600 Series heavy duty steel table trolley is built for demanding warehouse, workshop and production use where strength, cleanability and easy movement matter. The trolley has two 2 mm galvanised steel shelves that stand up to heavy handling and are quick to wipe clean after oil splashes, dust or tape residue. A 25 mm electrogalvanised steel tube frame keeps the structure firm, while the 500 kg load capacity gives useful reserve for heavy components and packed goods.
Choose the braked version when the table trolley is parked near a line, ramp or loading area, or the non-braked version for constant movement.

This 600 Series heavy duty steel table trolley is made for the jobs that keep coming back: moving packed goods, machine parts, tools, cartons and workshop supplies between storage, production and maintenance areas. The construction is simple, strong and easy to understand. Two steel shelves carry the load, a rigid tube frame keeps the trolley steady, and large solid rubber castors help it roll in a controlled way across typical industrial floors. The main advantage of this table trolley is that it combines a high load capacity with open, practical shelf space. It is not a small service cart for light office use. It is a heavy duty workshop trolley for environments where the load may be bulky, dirty, oily or awkward to lift by hand.
The trolley is designed for a total load capacity of 500 kg. In daily use, that gives valuable margin when transporting heavy boxes, castings, spare parts, tools, fixtures or production materials. For safe handling, the load should be placed sensibly across the two shelves, with heavier goods kept stable and as low as practical. A 500 kg capacity is especially useful in warehouses and workshops where tasks change during the day. In the morning, the same trolley may be used for stock replenishment or order picking. Later, it can carry maintenance tools, machine parts or packaging materials to another area. The strong two-shelf layout gives enough space for different load types without making the trolley complicated.
Both shelves are made from 2 mm galvanised steel sheet. This is an important detail in rougher working environments. Galvanised steel gives the shelves good resistance against moisture and everyday wear, while the metal surface is quick to clean. Oil splashes, dust, small metal chips and tape residue can be wiped away more easily than from many softer shelf materials. The steel shelves also handle concentrated point loads better than light board shelves when the load is placed with care. That matters when the trolley is used for machine components, boxes with sharp lower edges, tools, small engines or other items that do not spread their weight evenly.
The frame is built from 25 mm electrogalvanised steel tube. The tube structure gives the trolley a firm, reliable feel when pushed, turned or parked with a load on board. The zinc finish helps protect the frame from knocks, humidity and normal industrial handling. This makes the trolley suitable for indoor warehouses, workshops, production areas and covered loading spaces where equipment may meet dirt, moisture and changing temperatures. A rigid frame is not only about strength. It also affects how comfortable the trolley feels in use. A trolley that twists or flexes too much is harder to control, especially with a heavy load. The 600 Series table trolley is built to stay steady, so the user can focus on the route, the load and the work around them.
The trolley runs on four Ø 200 mm solid rubber castors. Two castors are fixed and two are swivel castors. This combination is a good choice for a heavy duty trolley because it gives both direction and manoeuvrability. The fixed castors help the trolley track straight over longer distances, while the swivel castors make it easier to turn into aisles, around workstations and alongside benches or machines. The 200 mm wheel diameter supports smoother movement than smaller wheels on many warehouse and workshop floors. Solid rubber is also a practical choice where punctures, air pressure checks or delicate pneumatic tyres would slow down everyday work.
The 600 Series heavy duty steel table trolley is available with or without brake. The braked version is the safer choice when the trolley is often parked near ramps, loading doors, production lines, assembly points or places where the load is handled directly from the shelves. A brake helps keep the trolley in position while goods are being loaded, picked or unloaded. The non-braked version suits continuous movement, for example in areas where the trolley is pushed from one point to the next and rarely left standing with a load. Both versions use the same strong shelf and frame construction, so the choice is mainly about how and where the trolley is used during the working day.
The clear distance between the shelves is 580 mm. This gives useful room for larger cartons, tool cases, machine components, roll packages and other items that need more height than a shallow shelf trolley can provide. The open space also makes it easier to see what is on the lower shelf and to lift items in and out without unnecessary twisting. The upper shelf sits at a practical working and pushing height. This makes the trolley useful not only for transport but also as a temporary surface beside a machine, packing point or maintenance job. When tools, parts or boxes can be kept at a sensible height, work becomes quicker and more organised.
The trolley is available in two sizes, so it can be matched to the goods being handled and the space available in aisles, lifts and work areas.
