Solid rubber is also a practical choice where punctures, air pressure checks or delicate pneumatic tyres would slow down everyday work.

Choose a braked or non-braked table trolley

The 600 Series heavy duty steel table trolley is available with or without brake. The braked version is the safer choice when the trolley is often parked near ramps, loading doors, production lines, assembly points or places where the load is handled directly from the shelves. A brake helps keep the trolley in position while goods are being loaded, picked or unloaded. The non-braked version suits continuous movement, for example in areas where the trolley is pushed from one point to the next and rarely left standing with a load. Both versions use the same strong shelf and frame construction, so the choice is mainly about how and where the trolley is used during the working day.

580 mm shelf spacing for taller loads

The clear distance between the shelves is 580 mm. This gives useful room for larger cartons, tool cases, machine components, roll packages and other items that need more height than a shallow shelf trolley can provide. The open space also makes it easier to see what is on the lower shelf and to lift items in and out without unnecessary twisting. The upper shelf sits at a practical working and pushing height. This makes the trolley useful not only for transport but also as a temporary surface beside a machine, packing point or maintenance job. When tools, parts or boxes can be kept at a sensible height, work becomes quicker and more organised.
