This set is designed around the BR-4050 frame and the 1940 stacking bin size, giving 30 bin positions in a single-sided rack. It is a practical choice when the same storage point must serve several users during a shift and when the item range is wide enough to need clear separation. The six fixed support levels are positioned forward, so the stacking bins sit at an angle toward the user. This helps the contents remain visible from the aisle or workstation side and makes picking more direct.

Strong BR-4050 bin rack for industrial use

The BR-4050 rack has a grey powder-coated steel frame. It is made for regular use in working environments where storage equipment is handled every day. The rack includes six fixed, forward-sloping support levels. Each support level is 930 mm wide, and each level has a load capacity of 50 kg. The total load capacity of the rack is 350 kg, provided that the load is distributed appropriately.

Treston 1940 stacking bins for clear picking

The set includes 30 Treston 1940 stacking bins. Each bin measures 400 x 186 x 156 mm (depth x width x height), which is a useful size for many small components and consumables. These bins are suitable for daily small parts handling in stores, production, warehouses and similar areas where parts must be easy to identify, take and return to the right place. The open front edge supports fast picking because the user can reach into the bin without removing it from the rack.

The corrugated base helps when picking even small items from the bottom of the bin, as the parts are easier to grip than on a completely flat surface. This is useful with washers, nuts, clips, connectors and other small items that can otherwise be difficult to take out with gloves or during repetitive work.

The coloured 1940 stacking bins are made of polypropylene (PP). Their temperature resistance is -20 to +75°C, and they resist oils, most acids, alkalis and solvents. This makes them suitable for many industrial, workshop and warehouse environments.
