The Table Trolley 300 Series with ergonomic handle is built for everyday material handling in warehouses, workshops and retail back rooms. The upward-bent push handle keeps your wrists in a natural position, which takes the strain out of long shifts.
Two laminate shelves give you a stable, easy-to-clean surface with 580 mm clearance between them, leaving plenty of room for tall containers, toolboxes and bulky items. The powder-coated dark grey steel frame (RAL 7012) shrugs off knocks and looks at home in modern facilities.
Four Ø 200 mm wheels, two fixed and two swivel castors with brakes, roll quietly across tile, concrete and laminate floors without leaving marks. Total load capacity is 500 kg.

When the job calls for moving parts, tools and packed goods between assembly cells, picking aisles and loading bays, the Table Trolley 300 Series gives operators a workhorse that handles the load without wearing them out. The upward-bent push handle sits closer to shoulder height, so hands rest in a comfortable grip while wrists keep their natural angle. The 300 Series is built for industrial use, but it is quiet and clean enough for retail back rooms and customer-facing areas as well. The 500 kg load rating takes the guesswork out of what fits on the deck, and the stable two-shelf layout keeps boxes, bins and tools where you put them.
The bent push handle is not a styling choice. It is the part of the table trolley operators are in contact with all day. Lifting the grip up towards shoulder line shifts the pushing effort from the wrists to the larger muscles in the shoulders and back, which carries far less risk of repetitive strain. Anyone who shuttles goods through a full shift usually notices the difference within the first hour. Over weeks and months, fewer aches tend to translate into fewer sick days and steadier productivity. The wide grip also gives operators room to push with both hands or one, depending on what they are carrying alongside the trolley.
Two laminate-faced shelves form a quiet, stable base for up to 500 kg in total. The 580 mm clearance between the decks accepts tall Euro containers, toolboxes and measuring equipment without forcing operators to stack at an angle. That matters when fragile parts or sensitive measuring instruments are on board. Laminate shrugs off oil, coolant and most chemical splashes, so a quick wipe is usually enough to keep the deck clean. The surface stays presentable in workshop and automotive environments where bare wood or unpainted steel can look tired in a hurry. The laminate also dampens noise. Set a metal component down on a bare steel deck and the sound carries; on a laminate top, it does not. That makes this shelf trolley a better fit for shared workspaces and noise-sensitive areas, including small assembly cells where two or three people work close together.
Two fixed wheels and two swivel castors with brakes carry the load on Ø 200 mm elastomer treads. Larger wheels roll over door sills, cable covers and small floor seams without the jolt you get from cheaper 100–125 mm castors. The elastomer compound is non-marking, so the trolley can move from a packing area straight onto a polished tile floor in a customer area without leaving black streaks behind. The two brakes lock the table trolley in place at ramps, packing benches and assembly stations. A single operator can stage and unload a full shelf without the trolley drifting, which sounds like a minor point until a 500 kg load starts to creep on a sloping floor.
The frame is welded from steel tube and finished with electrostatic powder coating in RAL 7012 dark grey. The coating bonds tightly to the steel, resists corrosion and stands up to the day-to-day knocks of trolley work. Dark grey hides scuffs and dust better than lighter colours, so the trolley keeps looking presentable even after years of service in dusty production halls or busy warehouses. The tubular steel construction keeps the frame stiff under uneven loads. Even when one corner of the upper shelf carries more than the other, the deck stays flat and the wheels stay loaded evenly. That helps the wheel bearings last and makes the trolley track straight when you push it.
The 300 Series comes in two footprints, so you can pick the size that matches your aisles and the goods you handle.
Both sizes share the same 500 kg load capacity, the same wheel package and the same ergonomic handle, so operators can switch between them without retraining.
