The Table Trolley 300 Series is built for the daily grind of workshops, warehouses and assembly areas. A powder-coated steel frame keeps rust and knocks at bay, while two thick MDF shelves carry up to 500 kg between them without sagging, splitting or warping under load.
Four 200 mm solid rubber wheels (two fixed, two swivel) roll smoothly across concrete, threshold strips and ramps. Choose the braked version for sloped floors, or the brake-free version when the trolley is on the move all shift. A generous 580 mm clearance between shelves takes tall boxes, plastic bins and tote crates without forcing you to load items on their side.

Most trolleys promise plenty and bend at the first heavy crate. The Table Trolley 300 Series takes a different route. The frame is welded steel tubing, finished with a powder-coated surface that shrugs off knocks, scratches and the moisture you find on a typical loading bay. Both shelves are made from dense MDF board, thick enough to hold loads without sagging or developing that familiar bow you see on cheaper carts after a few months of use. Total capacity reaches 500 kg across both shelves combined. That is enough headroom for machined parts, hardware boxes, palletised goods broken down for picking, or a full set of fixtures heading to an assembly station.
The powder-coated steel frame is the part you will appreciate every winter when grit and salt make their way into the warehouse. Powder coating bonds to the metal far better than wet paint, so the surface keeps its colour and resists rust even when wiped down with degreaser or shop cleaners. Oil splashes, marker pen lines and adhesive residue come off with a normal cloth.
The MDF shelves give you a flat, predictable surface. Unlike thin plywood or chipboard, this board carries weight evenly and will not split where the corner brackets meet the panel. You can park heavy castings, dies or stacked totes on the lower shelf without worrying about flex. The top shelf doubles as a working surface when you need to sort, assemble or pack items at standing height.
The 300 Series rolls on four 200 mm solid rubber wheels, two fixed at one end, two swivel at the other. This combination steers cleanly through aisles, turns tight in cramped storage areas and tracks straight when you push it down a long corridor. Solid rubber does not puncture, does not go flat overnight, and absorbs vibration from concrete joints and floor seams. A 200 mm wheel diameter is the sweet spot for an industrial trolley. Smaller wheels stick on cable covers and threshold strips. Larger wheels add unnecessary push-height. Two hundred millimetres clears most obstacles without raising the deck so high that loading becomes awkward. Pick the braked version if the trolley parks on a slope, near loading docks, or in spots where it could roll while unattended.
The 580 mm spacing between shelves accepts tall containers, plastic stacking bins, tool boxes and KLT crates without forcing you to lay items on their side. That detail starts to matter when you are loading the trolley for the third time in an hour and do not want to wedge boxes diagonally just to make them fit. The push handle sits in line with the upper shelf, so wrists stay straight and the back stays upright when moving a fully loaded trolley.
The range gives you three footprints, all sharing the same wheel package and weight rating:
