Two post finishes for different interiors

The post is made of stainless steel and is available either polished or painted black. The polished version has a bright, formal look that suits reception areas and exhibition settings. The black version has a restrained appearance that fits interiors where the barrier should remain visually discreet.

A cast iron base increases the stability of each post. This matters in a queue management system because the posts need to remain clearly positioned while people move around them. The stable base and simple freestanding format allow the barrier line to look orderly without permanent floor or wall fittings.

Self-retracting belt with safety locking

The belt pulls out to the length needed for the chosen span. Its self-retracting mechanism makes the barrier straightforward to open and close, and the safety lock helps prevent the belt from retracting accidentally. This is useful when staff need to open a route or alter the queue layout.

Available belt colours are black, yellow/black and red/white. A plain black belt keeps the appearance understated. The two contrasting colour combinations make the boundary more noticeable when stronger visual guidance is useful. Choose the colour that best suits the space and the type of guidance required.

Three connection points support adaptable layouts

Each post has belt attachment points on three sides. The connection options let one post receive a belt from different directions, helping you create straight queue lanes, corners or multi-direction layouts with the same type of post. This is useful when the available floor space, entrance location or visitor route changes from one event to the next.

Optional wall-mounted accessories

A 180° swivelling wall-mounted belt cassette is available as an accessory for the Tensapole system. A separate receiver for Tensapole belts is also available. These accessories are sold separately from the barrier post.

The wall-mounted option is useful when a route needs to begin or end at a wall, or when a freestanding post is not the preferred endpoint. The 180° swivel allows the cassette to face different directions within its movement range.
