Treston KT Tool and Lighting Support for TPH Workbenches

A busy workbench should not be filled with loose lamps, trailing tools and items that should be above the work surface. The Treston KT tool and lighting support is made for TPH workbenches when a workstation light, a tool balancer or another suspended accessory needs a proper mounting point directly over the task. It keeps the most used equipment close to the operator, but away from the bench top, where parts, tools, documents and packaging materials need room.

Designed for lights, tool balancers and suspended workstation accessories

The main purpose of the KT tool and lighting support is to carry a lighting unit or a tool balancer above a TPH workbench. In daily work this can mean a workstation light for inspection and assembly tasks, a compatible Treston tool balancer such as 2DU / 4DU, or a balanced electric screwdriver that needs to return smoothly to the same position after each use. The rail can also be used for other suitable suspended workstation accessories, such as small hose or cable reels, when the selected accessory is compatible with the hook and support.

C-profile bar with sliding hook included

The support includes one C-profile bar and one sliding hook. The C-profile rail works as the hanging point for the selected accessory. The sliding hook can be moved along the rail, so the suspended item can be positioned where it is needed most. This is helpful when the work process changes, when different operators use the same bench, or when the lighting or tool position needs small adjustments after the workstation has been set up. Additional hooks can be ordered separately if more suspended points are required.

Powder-coated steel frame in light grey RAL7035

The frame is made from powder-coated steel in light grey RAL7035. The neutral colour fits well with Treston TPH workbenches and most industrial workstation environments. Powder-coated steel is a practical material for workshop and production use because the surface is easy to keep clean and suits normal daily handling in industrial areas. The clean overhead structure also helps the workstation look more organised. Lights, cables and suspended tools can be guided above the work area instead of spreading across the bench.
