When trays collect at several workstations, staff lose time stacking, sorting and carrying them from one place to another. This Kongamek tray trolley keeps 18 or 36 compatible trays in separate positions and moves them together in one mobile frame. It is designed specifically for 540 x 440 mm trays and has a total load capacity of 150 kg.

Both capacity options have the same external dimensions: 600 x 440 x 1880 mm. The floor space required therefore stays the same whether you choose 18 or 36 positions. The difference lies in the distance between the rails. This makes it easy to select a version according to the tray contents and the number of trays handled during a working day.

The tall, open-sided structure uses vertical space efficiently and keeps each tray visible. Trays can be loaded or removed individually, without lifting a full stack first. For kitchens, canteens, warehouses and workshops, this provides a straightforward way to combine organised storage with transport between work areas.

Choose the right spacing: 18 or 36 tray positions

The 18-tray and 36-tray models are made for the same tray size, but they suit different loads. Capacity in this case refers to the number of tray positions. Both versions retain the same 150 kg total load capacity.

• 18-tray model: The rails are spaced 90 mm apart. This gives each tray more vertical clearance and is the better choice when tray contents extend further above the rim.
• 36-tray model: The rails are spaced 45 mm apart. This model places twice as many trays in the same overall frame and suits work where a high number of more closely spaced trays is the priority.

Electro-galvanised steel frame with 150 kg capacity

The frame is made from electro-galvanised 25 mm steel tube. It gives the tray trolley a strong, practical structure for regular professional use, while the finish is easy to keep clean. The open construction also leaves clear access around the rails during loading and routine cleaning.

A total load capacity of 150 kg makes the trolley suitable for a wide range of tray-based tasks. At 1880 mm high, the trolley provides substantial vertical capacity on a base measuring 600 x 440 mm. This is useful when floor space is limited but a large number of trays must remain accessible. The external dimensions should still be checked against the intended route, doorways and storage location before purchase.

Four swivel castors and a choice of brakes

The tray trolley runs on four 100 mm swivel castors. As every castor swivels, the trolley can change direction and be aligned beside a workstation, storage point or service area. This is particularly useful in working environments where the trolley is repositioned during the day.

Choose between an unbraked model and a braked model. The unbraked version has four freely swivelling castors. On the braked version, two of the four swivel castors have brakes, allowing the trolley to be secured when it is parked for loading, unloading or temporary storage.
