Keep sensitive components on a suitable work surface with the Treston ESD bench mat. Designed for electrostatic protected areas (EPAs), this mat provides a static dissipative work surface for electronics assembly, testing and maintenance.
The material resists heat, solder splashes and solvents. Its roughened underside helps prevent it from sliding across the tabletop. The mat contains no PVC. This ESD table mat is supplied by the metre or as a complete roll, so you can select the quantity to suit your workbench or several workstations. A full roll contains 12.2 m² of material, useful when planning coverage across several benches.

Handle sensitive electronic components on a suitable work surface with the Treston ESD bench mat. Designed for use in an electrostatic protected area (EPA), it covers the tabletop with a surface that supports controlled static dissipation when correctly grounded. This mat resists heat, solder splashes and solvents, and its roughened underside helps keep it in position.
The specified resistance to ground is 7.5 × 105–107 Ω, equivalent to 0.75–10 MΩ. This figure describes the electrical resistance from the working surface to ground. With suitable grounding, the static dissipative work surface provides a path for charge to dissipate. That function matters wherever sensitive electronic parts come into contact with the bench.
The 1220 mm material width is equivalent to 1.22 m. A full roll is 10 m long, giving a total material area of 12.2 m². Supply by the metre provides a practical option when the amount needed is smaller than a complete roll. A whole roll is useful when planning material for several workbenches or a longer work area.
Solder splashes are a familiar exposure at electronics assembly and repair benches. The Treston mat is resistant to these splashes, as well as heat and solvents. Treston specifies a maximum continuous operating temperature of 60°C.
The underside is roughened to help prevent the mat from moving across the tabletop. A mat that stays in position is easier to work around when parts and tools are moved during assembly or inspection. This feature addresses the contact between the mat and the table underneath it.
