The core of the workstation is the Treston HEVI industrial workbench with a steel-surfaced worktop. The HEVI frame is designed for workshop and maintenance use where the furniture must tolerate daily wear, tools, components and repeated cleaning. The powder-coated steel frame gives the bench a firm base, while the steel top is a good choice for environments where a more delicate surface would not be practical. The workstation has a listed load capacity of 550 kg and a working height of 800 mm. This gives the bench the feel everyone expect from a heavy-duty workbench, while still keeping the package compact enough for normal repair and service areas.

Choose 1500 x 630 mm or 2000 x 630 mm

The Treston HEVI maintenance workbench is available with two worktop sizes. The 1500 x 630 mm version is the right choice when floor space is limited or the bench is placed in a smaller service bay, technical room or repair corner. It gives enough space for tools and components without making the workstation difficult to fit between machines, shelving or walkways.

The 2000 x 630 mm version gives a wider work surface for larger parts, test equipment, fixtures or jobs where more than one tool set needs to stay on the bench at the same time. The 630 mm worktop depth keeps the workstation relatively space-efficient, so it can be placed against a wall or used in workshop rows without taking unnecessary aisle space.

Drawer unit 45/66-3 as the second leg

A key benefit of this maintenance workstation is the drawer unit mounted as one side support. Instead of using a separate mobile cabinet or leaving tools in boxes around the bench, the storage is built into the workstation. The drawer unit 45/66-3 provides four drawers in 100, 150, 150 and 200 mm heights, which makes it easier to separate small consumables, measuring tools, hand tools and larger accessories.

The drawer unit has central locking, full drawer opening and a drawer load capacity of 60 kg. Its light grey steel body matches the industrial look of the HEVI bench and keeps the workstation tidy without adding a separate storage footprint. When tools are close to the working position, the technician does not need to step away from the bench as often, and the worktop is less likely to become a storage area for everything that should be in a drawer.

Perforated back panels for visible tool storage

The two perforated back panels turn the workbench into a more complete workshop workstation. The Treston perforated panel range is built around a 9 x 9 mm hole pattern with 38 mm spacing, giving a standard base for compatible hooks and brackets. Frequently used tools can be placed directly above the work area, so screwdrivers, pliers, keys, measuring tools and other daily items stay within reach. Because the back panels are mounted to upright tubes behind the worktop, the table surface remains open for the actual maintenance task.
