Choose the right module size

The Treston Industrial Multi Trolley Low Frame is available in three module sizes: M500, M750 and M900. The overall widths are 540 mm for M500, 790 mm for M750 and 943 mm for M900. Depth is 760 mm and height is 1150 mm across the low-frame models.

M500 suits tighter floor space and narrower working areas. M750 is the all-round option for many everyday industrial setups, giving a good balance between footprint and usable width. M900 gives you more room for broader shelf layouts, larger containers or a more open presentation of parts and tools.

Build the trolley around the way your team works

The low frame is compatible with a wide range of Treston M-module accessories, so you can build the trolley for one task or keep it flexible enough for several. Picking bins are a natural choice when small parts need to stay visible and close at hand. Shelves help when you need clear levels for tools, components or documents. Perforated panels add an organised place for frequently used items, and a perforated tool cabinet can be attached when enclosed storage is needed.

The frame also works well when the trolley needs to do more than transport. With the right accessory layout, the trolley can support inspection tools, measuring devices, assembly aids and other task-specific equipment that needs to move with the job. In the right setup, it can also serve as a compact mobile workstation.

Easy to move, steady when parked

The frame includes an ergonomic handle that gives a secure grip when the trolley is pushed or repositioned. Four 125 mm swivel castors make turning easy, even in tighter spaces, and two of the castors have brakes to help hold the trolley in place during loading, picking or workstation use.

300 kg capacity for daily industrial use

The low frame is built from epoxy powder-coated steel and finished in light grey RAL 7035. The total load capacity is 300 kg, which gives plenty of scope for everyday industrial storage and transport tasks. Whether the trolley is configured with bins, shelves, tools, parts or mixed materials, the frame is designed for regular use rather than occasional light-duty work.

ESD version available for electronics and sensitive components

The Treston Industrial Multi Trolley Low Frame is also available in an ESD-protected version for electronics production and other environments where electrostatic discharge needs to be controlled. That means the same modular trolley concept can be used in EPA-based work and in handling tasks involving sensitive components.
