A clear worktop leaves more room for assembly, maintenance and packing. Frequently used parts, however, still need to stay close to the task. The R46 perforated panel bin holder provides a compact mounting point for one compatible Treston stacking bin. It moves small components from the bench to the vertical storage area, where the contents remain visible and within easy reach.

Use the perforated panel for parts as well as tools

A tool panel often holds hooks, hand tools and accessories, but the same vertical area can also support organised small parts storage. Adding an R46 small parts bin holder gives fasteners and other loose components a visible home above the work surface. Staff can see where the bin belongs, take the required item and return the bin without opening a drawer or shifting boxes around the bench.

Designed for Treston 1015 and Treston 1520 bins

The R46 bin holder is intended for Treston 1015 and Treston 1520 stacking bins. Their open fronts keep the contents visible and accessible while the bins are mounted on the panel. This compact perforated panel bin rail supports one bin, so each storage position can be planned individually instead of being tied to a long shared rail.

A single-bin mounting point is useful when different components are needed in different parts of a workstation. It also allows colour-coded or labelled bins to be arranged in the order that suits the job.

Fits GWS and Sovella perforated panels

The perforated panel bin holder attaches to GWS and Sovella panels with 9 x 9 mm square holes and 38 mm centre-to-centre spacing. Its fixing points engage with the panel without separate screws. Once fitted, the holder creates a dedicated support for the compatible stacking bin.

Moving it is quick. Lift off the bin, raise the R46 from its current holes and attach it in the new position. The small parts layout can then be updated without drilling holes or making a permanent alteration to the panel.

A flexible layout for changing work

Production volumes, product variants and maintenance tasks change over time. A fixed storage arrangement may leave the right component too far from the user, while an unused bin occupies a valuable position. Individual holders allow the panel layout to follow the current task more closely.

Galvanised steel with a 5 kg maximum load

The holder is made from galvanised steel. The zinc coating provides practical protection for metal used in everyday industrial storage. Its 112 mm construction remains compact, adding a bin position without occupying more panel width than needed. The maximum load is 5 kg.
