Treston TED Electric Height Adjustable Workbench for Assembly, Packing and Industrial Workstations

A workbench should fit the work, not force the worker to adapt to one fixed position all day. In assembly, packing and technical production tasks, the operator may handle small parts in the morning and larger packages later in the same shift. Wide electric height adjustment from 630 to 1270 mm

The main strength of the Treston TED workbench is its 630–1270 mm height adjustment range. This gives the user the possibility to work seated, standing or somewhere in between, depending on the task. A low working position can be useful for detailed assembly and inspection work, while a higher position is often more comfortable when handling boxes, packing material or larger components. The adjustment is electric, controlled with a simple up/down panel. The lifting speed is 22 mm per second, so changing the working height does not need to be a slow interruption. In a shared workstation, this is useful because one person can set the table for a seated task and the next can raise it for standing work.

Stable frame with 200 kg load capacity

The TED electric workbench has a 200 kg load capacity. This gives enough capacity for typical light industrial tasks, tools, parts, packaging material and workstation equipment, as long as the load is planned within the stated limit. Stability is important at every height, especially when the table is used as a practical assembly workbench or packing table rather than a simple writing surface. Above-bench accessories, such as shelves, perforated panels, lighting rails and monitor arms, can be added up to a maximum of 80 kg.

Four width options with 800 mm depth

The Treston TED electric height adjustable workbench is available in four widths: 900, 1100, 1500 and 1800 mm. Each version has a 800 mm depth. The smaller widths suit compact production cells, service points and inspection areas where floor space is limited. The wider versions give more room for packing work, component handling or a workstation with a monitor, document holder and storage accessories. Using the same depth across the range helps when several workstations are placed in one line or when a production area needs a consistent layout.

Accessories help keep the workstation clear

A good industrial workstation is not only about the table height. It is also about where the tools, parts and instructions are placed. TED can be equipped with accessories such as shelves, perforated back panels, lighting, monitor arms, document holders, bin rails, footrests, castors and drawer-related fittings. These accessories help move items off the worktop while keeping them close enough for daily work.

ESD version for electronics and sensitive components

An ESD version of the TED workbench is available for work areas where electrostatic discharge control is needed. This is important in electronics assembly, testing, repair and other tasks involving sensitive components. When choosing the ESD model, the rest of the workstation should also be planned with compatible ESD accessories and working methods so that the whole area supports the required protection level.
