Treston TRTA 2-shelf trolley is made for everyday internal transport and temporary storage in warehouses, offices, workshops and production areas where reliability, clear access and easy handling matter. This shelf trolley has two open levels, a sturdy frame and smooth-running swivel castors. The design is simple on purpose: it gives enough carrying space for common materials while keeping the trolley easy to steer through aisles, between desks or around a packing area. The open structure also makes it easy to see what is on board, which helps during picking rounds, replenishment work and quick stock checks.

Two adjustable shelves for flexible daily use

The two-shelf layout gives practical separation between different items. Small cartons, plastic bins, tools, folders, maintenance supplies and packing materials can be kept on their own levels instead of being stacked into one pile. The shelf heights can be adjusted with screws, so the trolley can be adapted when the task changes. A higher lower shelf may suit small parts bins, while more open space between the shelves may be better for taller boxes or equipment. This adjustability is useful in workplaces where one trolley may be used by several departments or for several types of product flow during the week. The shelf inner dimensions are 530 x 1000 mm. 150 kg load capacity with 50 kg per shelf

The rated total load capacity of the trolley is 150 kg. Each shelf supports up to 50 kg, provided that the load is placed evenly. This is enough for many typical warehouse and production tasks, such as moving components, packages, tools, office supplies, labels, cartons and other materials that need to be available at the point of use. The two-level layout also helps operators separate heavier and lighter items in a clear way, which is useful when the trolley is used for order picking, kitting or replenishment.

Easy movement with swivel castors

A good shelf trolley is only useful if it moves easily. The Treston TRTA trolley is fitted with four Ø 125 mm swivel castors. All four wheels turn, which makes the trolley easy to guide around corners, through tight passages and beside workstations. This is important in warehouses and production areas where space is often shared with racks, benches, pallets, forklifts and other handling equipment. Two of the castors have brakes. The brakes help keep the trolley in place during loading, unloading or temporary storage. This is especially useful beside a packing table, maintenance point or assembly workstation, where the trolley may need to stay steady while goods are picked from the shelves. The braked castors also make parking safer when the trolley is not in use.

Adjustable shelf trolley with useful accessory options

The standard two-shelf trolley is already suitable for many daily jobs, but it can also be adapted further. Extra shelves are available when more levels are needed for smaller items. Mesh end panels are available for applications where goods need additional support at the ends of the trolley. An ESD version is also available. That option is relevant for electronics production, repair areas and other workspaces where electrostatic discharge control is required.
