The Treston TRTA 2-shelf trolley helps keep frequently used goods close to the work and easy to move between shelves, workbenches, packing stations and storage areas. It is a practical adjustable shelf trolley for offices, warehouses, workshops and production environments where parts, folders, tools or materials are handled several times during the day. This model has two steel shelves with a shelf size of 530 x 800 mm. The layout gives a clear upper level and lower level, so items can be separated by task, department, order or priority. Instead of carrying boxes by hand or leaving materials on the nearest table, the trolley gives goods a dedicated place while they are being moved.

Two adjustable shelves for changing work

The two-shelf structure is simple, but it is useful in many daily routines. The upper shelf can be used for items that need to be picked often, while heavier or less frequently used goods can be placed on the lower shelf. The shelf height can be adjusted with screw fixings. This is useful when the same shelf trolley is used for different types of goods, such as small cartons, component boxes, files, tools or packing supplies. The trolley can be set up for the current task and then adapted again when the workflow changes. The maximum total load is 150 kg. Each shelf has a maximum load of 50 kg when the load is placed evenly. For best handling, heavy items should be placed low and the load should be spread across the shelf surface. Powder-coated steel frame for professional use

The end frames are round powder-coated steel tube, and the steel shelves have a light grey finish that fits well in warehouses, workshops, production areas and office back rooms. The neutral colour is easy to combine with existing industrial furniture and storage equipment. A steel shelf trolley is often chosen because it gives a good balance between strength, clean appearance and long service life. The TRTA trolley is not oversized, but it still has enough capacity for many daily transport jobs. It works well when the aim is to move components, documents, tools or packed goods from one point to another without using a pallet truck or a larger transport trolley. The open two-shelf design also makes the contents visible, which is useful when several people use the same picking trolley during a shift.

Swivel castors make the trolley easy to steer

Movement is one of the main reasons to choose a shelf trolley instead of a fixed shelf. This Treston TRTA trolley has four Ø 125 mm swivel castors, so it turns easily around workstations, shelving rows and packing tables. The trolley can be guided from either end, which makes it useful in tighter spaces where turning room is limited. Two of the castors are fitted with brakes. The braked castors help keep the trolley in place while it is being loaded, unloaded or used beside a workstation. This is especially important when the trolley is parked on a slightly uneven floor, near a packing bench or in a place where people pass by often. The TPR rubber castors roll quietly and are designed not to leave marks on the floor, so the same trolley can be used in warehouse areas and in cleaner office or customer-facing spaces.

Accessories and ESD version

Extra shelves and mesh end panels are available as accessories. Extra shelves can be useful when the trolley is used for many light items that need to be kept separate. Mesh end panels can help when the contents need more support at the ends of the trolley. This standard model is for general use and is not an ESD trolley. If the trolley is needed for electronics manufacturing, service work or another ESD-protected area, an ESD version is also available.
