Treston WB height adjustable shelf for a clearer workstation

This industrial workbench shelf is made for Treston WB workbenches with upright profiles. It keeps frequently used items visible and within reach, while leaving the main bench surface open for assembly, packing, inspection, maintenance or repair work. Instead of moving supplies on and off the bench, the operator can keep them on a dedicated shelf level and bring the work closer to a steady, organised process.

The shelf is fixed to the upright profiles of the WB workbench. This mounting method makes the shelf a natural part of the workstation structure and keeps the storage level separate from the working surface. Because the shelf is supported by the WB upright profiles, there is no need to drill the workbench frame or damage the painted surface during installation. The height can be adjusted with screws in 30 mm increments. This gives enough flexibility to place the shelf where it works best for the job.

Durable 25 mm shelf with 50 kg load capacity

The shelf has a 25 mm thick surface and a 50 kg load capacity. This makes it suitable for many typical workstation items, such as small parts boxes, KLT containers, printer equipment, manuals, tools, spare batteries and light devices used in production or maintenance. The load should be placed evenly on the shelf, and the selected WB workbench structure should always be suitable for the complete workstation setup.

The shelf surface is made from low-pressure laminate. It is designed for daily work in an industrial environment where surfaces may be exposed to normal knocks, scratches, oil splashes and cleaning agents. The light grey RAL 7035 powder-coated steel frame fits the standard look of many Treston WB workstations and gives the shelf a clean, technical appearance. The frame also helps protect the edges in everyday use.
