Treston WTR universal trolley with adjustable shelves

The Treston WTR universal trolley comes from Finnish industrial furniture specialist Treston and is made for workplaces where equipment, materials and small tools need to stay close to the work. The WTR trolley can be moved beside a workbench, rolled to a production line, used as a temporary PC station or kept as a clean storage point for frequently used material. Three laminate shelves give open access from the front and sides, while the tall frame keeps the contents visible. The trolley is narrow enough for normal workplace aisles, yet the 650 x 530 mm shelves offer enough room for common IT devices, tools, consumables and small storage boxes.

Adjustable laminate shelves for different equipment

The main benefit of the Treston WTR trolley is the adjustable shelf layout. The three shelves can be positioned to match the items placed on the trolley. A laptop can sit at a comfortable working height, a compact printer can be placed on a lower shelf, and spare material can be stored underneath. The shelves are made from low pressure laminate, a practical surface material for industrial furniture and mobile work surfaces. It is easy to keep tidy in normal warehouse and workshop use, and it gives a firm platform for equipment. The shelf size, 650 x 530 mm, makes the trolley suitable for many everyday items without taking too much floor space. When heavier goods are carried, the 150 kg total load capacity should be planned as a total trolley load and the weight should be distributed sensibly across the shelves.

Stable frame with aluminium uprights and steel base

A good equipment trolley must feel steady when it is moved and when it is standing still. The WTR trolley uses aluminium upright profiles and a powder coated steel base. Aluminium keeps the vertical frame rigid without making the trolley unnecessarily heavy, while the steel base gives the lower structure strength. This combination is useful in areas where the trolley is moved many times during the day and still needs to carry equipment safely. The total dimensions are 660 x 650 x 1415 mm. This height gives enough vertical space for three practical shelf levels, while the footprint remains compact for warehouse, workshop and assembly environments.

Smooth movement with braked swivel castors

The WTR universal trolley is fitted with four swivel castors. This makes it easy to turn the trolley in tight areas, for example between workbenches, beside packing tables or along narrow storage rows. Two castors have brakes, allowing the trolley to be secured when the equipment needs a stable base. For many workplaces, the value of a shelf trolley is not only in transport. It also creates a repeatable place for the items that are needed most often.
