Move static-sensitive components between work areas on a practical ESD table trolley designed for production, assembly and technical environments. Both shelves have dissipative mats that help reduce static build-up during internal transport and short-term storage. The mats withstand temperatures up to 400°C, making the trolley suitable for demanding industrial workflows where heat resistance is important.
The push handle is fitted at one end only. This leaves more of the upper shelf open and makes it easier to carry larger boxes, equipment and other loads.
Four 100 mm swivel castors allow the two-shelf ESD trolley to turn easily in work areas and narrow routes. The standard model has four unbraked swivel castors. A version with two braked castors is also available when the trolley needs to remain securely positioned during loading or unloading.

Static-sensitive parts do not stay at one workstation. They move from stores to assembly, from assembly to inspection and from inspection to the next process. This two-shelf ESD table trolley provides a dedicated mobile surface for those transfers. It combines dissipative shelf mats, a compact footprint and a 150 kg total static load capacity in a format that is straightforward to use in day-to-day production.
The trolley is intended for workplaces where electrostatic discharge needs to be controlled. It is suitable for moving electronic components, assemblies, instruments and compatible containers within an established ESD control process. The open design keeps both shelves visible and accessible, while the handle at one end leaves more usable space on the upper level.
Each shelf is fitted with a dissipative mat. The surface helps limit the build-up of static charge when sensitive items are placed on the trolley or moved between work areas. This makes the ESD trolley a practical link between fixed ESD workstations, storage points and inspection areas.
The dissipative mats withstand temperatures up to 400°C. This provides useful heat resistance in production areas where heated tools or recently processed parts may be present. Operators should still follow the applicable work instructions and confirm that each item is suitable for placement on the mat.
Heat resistance is especially useful when one mobile unit serves several process stages. Components can remain on an ESD-compatible surface during transfer, without changing to a general-purpose trolley between tasks. That helps keep handling routines clear and reduces unnecessary movement from one surface to another.
The ESD table trolley measures 850 mm long, 435 mm wide and 950 mm high. Each shelf measures 760 x 440 mm. The compact width helps the trolley fit into production routes where space around benches and machines is limited, while the two levels provide separate areas for loads.
There is 515 mm between the shelves. The lower shelf is positioned 220 mm above the floor, and the upper shelf is 720 mm high. This layout gives the lower level enough clearance for taller boxes or equipment and keeps the top shelf at a practical height for frequent access. The two levels can also be used to separate incoming items from completed work, provided the site’s own identification and ESD procedures are followed.
The push handle is mounted at one end rather than surrounding both ends of the trolley. This simple arrangement creates a more open upper loading surface. Larger cartons or equipment can be positioned without a second handle taking up space at the opposite end.
The handle provides a clear point for pushing and steering. Because the load remains visible, the operator can check its position before moving the trolley. Loads should always be stable, evenly distributed and kept within the stated limits. A maximum of 75 kg may be placed on each shelf, and the total static load capacity is 150 kg.
Four 100 mm swivel castors allow the ESD shelf trolley to turn and be repositioned in confined work areas. This all-swivel layout is useful when approaching a bench from different directions or moving the trolley aside after a delivery.
Two versions are available:
The frame has an electro-galvanised finish and supports two ESD shelves. Its open construction makes it easy to see what is stored on the lower level and provides access from more than one side. The trolley has a net weight of 20 kg, which should be considered when planning the full moving load and manual-handling routine.
