This U-shaped scissor lift table is designed for repeated pallet handling. The low profile lift table uses a single-scissor mechanism and includes low-voltage control, overload protection and a mechanical maintenance support.

A U-shaped low profile lift table brings a pallet to a more practical working height while keeping the loading process straightforward. The table is designed for EUR pallets moved with a pallet truck in warehouses, factories, packing areas and service facilities. The open centre is the key difference. A pallet truck can enter the U-shaped platform and position the pallet directly over the table.
This low profile lift table has a minimum height of 85 mm or 105 mm, depending on the model. It can therefore be installed on the floor without either a ramp or a recess. A floor-mounted installation avoids the building work associated with a pit and leaves more freedom when planning the work area. It is also easier to include the table in an existing production or warehouse layout where cutting into the floor would be inconvenient. The required floor area still depends on the selected model and the space needed to approach it safely with a loaded pallet truck.
The main purpose of the U-shaped scissor lift table is to reduce the amount of work carried out close to floor level. Instead of repeatedly reaching down as a pallet is emptied or filled, the operator can raise the load as the task progresses. This supports a more practical posture during packing, assembly and other manual pallet handling work. The lift height extends to 860 mm on both models.
The U-shaped platform and frame use sheet-steel construction for regular industrial pallet handling. A single-scissor mechanism raises the platform, while the hydraulic unit provides the lifting movement. The hydraulic unit is accessible for maintenance, and a mechanical maintenance support secures the table during service work.
Both models require a three-phase 380 V, 50 Hz, 16 A electrical connection. The control circuit operates at low voltage below 24 V and has overload protection. The U-shaped low profile lift tables comply with EN 1570-1 and ANSI/ASME requirements.
