This wide mesh roll container gives warehouses and production areas a practical way to move and hold larger loads while keeping the contents visible. Its 1200 x 800 mm overall size provides generous load space, while the 50 x 50 mm mesh gives closer support than widely spaced mesh panels. Three mesh sides support the load, and the fully removable half gate improves access during loading, unloading and stock checks.
The roll container has an electro-galvanised tubular steel frame and a maximum load capacity of 400 kg. Four nylon wheels, two fixed and two swivel castors, combine directional stability with easier steering. Choose either an unbraked version or a braked version. The parking brake helps keep the roll container stationary when required.
Supplied flat-packed for straightforward assembly.

Larger loads are easier to manage when the container has enough width and its sides offer close support. This roll container measures 1200 x 800 x 1835 mm and combines three mesh walls with a fully removable half gate. It provides side and rear retention while keeping the front readily accessible. The maximum load capacity is 400 kg.
Mesh spacing matters when a load contains smaller cartons or packaged components. This fine-mesh roll container uses a 50 x 50 mm grid, so its side openings are much closer together than those of a large-aperture cage. The denser structure offers more continuous support around mixed loads and reduces the open space through which an item could project.
The open side is fitted with a half-height gate that can be removed completely. With the removable half gate in place, the lower part of the opening gains an additional retaining barrier. When full access from the front is more useful, the gate can be removed. Goods can then be loaded or unloaded without having to reach over the half-height section.
The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel tube. It gives the mesh roll container a durable supporting structure for regular handling, while the galvanised finish adds surface protection to the steel. The result is a straightforward, open load carrier for normal warehouse and industrial use.
Visibility is another practical benefit of the mesh construction. Goods can be checked from several directions without opening an enclosed wall. That is useful in shared storage and handling areas where the contents need to be recognised quickly. The open structure also makes this model distinct from a closed or lockable security trolley.
The roll container runs on four nylon wheels, each 100 mm in diameter. Two wheels are fixed and two are swivel castors. The fixed pair helps guide the unit in a steady direction, while the swivel pair allows it to turn and change direction. This arrangement combines straight-line stability with practical manoeuvrability during routine internal handling.
Choose between a braked and an unbraked roll container. The unbraked model is suitable when a parking brake is not required at the stopping point. The braked version adds a parking function that helps keep the roll container stationary when required. This can be especially useful while goods are being loaded, unloaded or checked.
