When goods need a firm platform without losing visibility, this KM range offers five practical wooden-base roll containers for warehouses, production areas and dispatch. Each model combines an electro-galvanised steel mesh structure with a wooden base. The sizes, side configurations, access points and capacities vary, so the trolley can be matched to the load and available workspace. Rated capacities range from 400 to 800 kg.
Every model runs on four 125 mm nylon castors: two fixed and two swivel. This arrangement helps the roll container track in a straight line and allows the roll cage trolley to turn when needed. The wooden base creates a continuous loading surface for cartons, boxes and components, while the mesh walls help contain the goods and keep them easy to see.

Some loads need solid support underneath them, but staff still need to see the contents and reach them without extra handling. These KM wooden-base roll containers meet both needs. Five models cover different load sizes and access arrangements, from an open two-sided trolley to three-wall versions with doors. Rated capacities run from 400 to 800 kg.
During a normal working day, the same roll container may be loaded, moved to a picking point, parked beside a workstation and unloaded elsewhere. Its base, opening position and overall size matter just as much as capacity. The electro-galvanised steel mesh structure keeps the contents in view, and the wooden base forms a continuous loading surface for cartons, boxes, components and other goods. These roll containers are intended for internal goods handling in warehouses, stockrooms, production facilities and dispatch areas.
The best configuration depends on the load, the route through the workplace and the side from which goods will be reached.
KM80 measures 1200 x 750 x 1700 mm and carries loads up to 800 kg. It has three mesh walls and a door that opens in two parts. Its fine 65 x 65 mm mesh is the smallest stated mesh size in the range. That close pattern is worth considering when the load includes smaller packages or items that need tighter mesh containment.
KM84 measures 800 x 710 x 1600 mm. Its two-sided, open design gives direct access to the load without opening a door. With a load capacity of 400 kg, this model suits work where quick loading and unloading matter more than enclosure on every side. Its narrower dimensions are also useful when the route or parking position offers less room.
KM86 shares the 1200 x 750 x 1700 mm dimensions and 800 kg capacity of KM80. It also has three walls and a two-part door, but its mesh size is 100 x 380 mm. It therefore provides the same high-capacity format with a more open mesh structure. When comparing KM80 and KM86, let the type and size of the goods guide the choice.
KM88 measures 845 x 630 x 1390 mm and has a 500 kg load capacity. It combines three walls with a two-part door on the long side. This layout keeps access available when the roll cage trolley is positioned with its short end facing a wall or workstation. The specified mesh size is 90 x 370 mm.
KM89 is 1200 x 800 x 1420 mm and carries up to 500 kg. Two-part doors are positioned at the end and on the side, so the contents can be reached from two directions. That flexibility helps when the trolley changes position during the job or one access side is blocked. Its mesh size is 110 x 530 mm.
All five wooden-base roll containers have two fixed and two swivel nylon castors. Each castor has a diameter of 125 mm. The fixed pair helps the trolley track in the intended direction, while the swivel pair allows steering and turning. The arrangement is the same throughout the range, so the basic handling pattern remains familiar when several KM models are used at one site.
