Keep machine-tool holders close to the workstation and easy to move. The Treston Fitter’s Trolley 3 is a robust workshop trolley for organising tools, tooling and supplies in maintenance, assembly and machining areas. Its light grey RAL 7035 epoxy powder-coated steel frame gives the trolley a solid structure for demanding daily use, while the compact 790 × 760 × 875 mm size keeps it practical in tight aisles and beside workbenches.
This tool trolley has a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. It includes a bottom shelf and six M750 cone racks, so the trolley can be equipped with the separately ordered tool holders required for your own tooling. The product information refers to an ISO 50 setup, but the tool holders are not included as standard.

When tools have to move from one machine or workbench to another, an ordinary shelf trolley can quickly become messy. The Treston Fitter’s Trolley 3 is built for a more controlled way of working. It combines a strong mobile frame, six M750 cone racks and a lower shelf, giving fitters, maintenance teams and machine-shop staff a practical place for tool holders, accessories and small supplies.
The trolley has a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, so it is well suited for industrial workshop use where tools and tooling can be heavy. The frame is made from epoxy powder-coated steel in light grey RAL 7035. This gives the Fitter’s Trolley a clean, durable finish and a neutral colour that fits well with most workshop furniture, machine areas and maintenance spaces. The external dimensions are 790 mm wide, 760 mm deep and 875 mm high. This size gives the workshop trolley enough room for organised storage without making it awkward to place beside a machine, repair bench or service point. The lower shelf adds a flat area for boxes, parts, measuring equipment or other supplies that should travel with the tool trolley.
The main difference between this model and a standard tool trolley is the cone rack layout. Treston Fitter’s Trolley 3 includes six M750 cone racks, designed for mounting compatible tool holders. This makes the trolley useful for organised machine-tool storage, especially when tool holders need to be kept visible, separated and easy to pick up. Instead of placing holders loose on a shelf, the cone rack system gives each holder a clear position.
The tool holders are ordered separately, which is important to note when planning the complete setup. The trolley can be equipped according to the tooling used in your own workshop. The product information refers to a 48-piece ISO 50 holder setup as an example, but these holders are optional accessories and are not included in the basic trolley. If an ISO 50 layout is required, the separately ordered ISO 50 tool holder is product code 854200-00. This keeps the base trolley flexible, because the same cone rack trolley can be planned around the actual holders used on site.
A loaded trolley must be easy to move and safe to stop. This industrial trolley is fitted with four Ø 100 mm swivel castors, two of which have brakes. The swivel castors make manoeuvring easier in narrow aisles, between machines and around benches. The braked castors help hold the trolley in place when tools are being selected, returned or checked. The wheels have a rubber tread, which supports smooth movement on typical workshop floors. Rubber-tread castors are a practical choice where the trolley has to be moved often, because they help reduce harsh rolling noise and make the trolley more comfortable to handle.
The frame material is epoxy powder-coated steel, which is a suitable choice for workshop furniture because it provides a hard-wearing surface for normal industrial use. The light grey RAL 7035 finish also matches many other industrial furniture ranges, making it easy to combine the trolley with workbenches, cabinets and storage units already in use.
The trolley includes bottom shelf TMTLS7-49 and six cone rack M750 units, product code 890729-49. These included parts give the trolley its basic working layout. The lower shelf is useful for items that do not belong in the cone racks, while the racks keep tool holders in easy reach. The model is not an ESD version, so it should be selected for standard workshop, maintenance and machining environments rather than ESD protected areas.
