Yoga Meter vinyl anti-fatigue matting adds a soft, resilient layer between the worker and the floor. It is intended for dry work areas where people spend much of the day standing or moving within a defined workstation. At 9 mm thick, the mat cushions each change of position, helps insulate feet from a cold floor and reduces everyday noise around the station. Yoga Meter suits packing lines, light industrial workstations and customer-facing service counters. It is available in three widths and can be ordered as a complete 18.3 m roll or as a cut length by the metre.

Cushioning for routine standing tasks

Standing still on concrete or another hard surface concentrates pressure on the feet and can leave the legs, knees and lower back feeling tired. The cushioned vinyl construction of Yoga Meter gives slightly under body weight. This gentle movement creates a more forgiving surface than the bare floor and encourages small changes in posture while the user works. The mat feels supportive rather than excessively soft. The anti-fatigue mat is well suited to repeated handling, packing, inspection or customer service tasks, where the worker remains in roughly the same area for long periods. It can also be used at light assembly stations where the environment stays dry and free from oil.

Insulation from cold floors and lower everyday noise

Cold can travel directly through a hard floor and footwear, particularly in warehouses and production areas during cooler months. The 9 mm vinyl layer provides separation from the floor and helps reduce that cold sensation underfoot. This makes the workstation more comfortable without changing the surrounding floor construction. Yoga Meter also absorbs some of the sound created by footsteps and light impacts. At packing stations, this can soften the noise from routine movement and occasional dropped packing materials.

Ribbed surface and rounded long edges

The ribbed top surface helps provide secure footing during normal use in a dry area. It also gives the Yoga Meter workstation mat a neat, practical finish beside packing benches, counters and light production equipment. The long sides have rounded, lightly bevelled edges. These create a smoother transition between the surrounding floor and the 9 mm mat surface and help reduce the risk of tripping at the sides.

Three widths and an optional yellow warning edge

Yoga Meter vinyl anti-fatigue matting is available in widths of 610, 910 and 1220 mm. The choice of width depends on the layout and the amount of side-to-side movement required at the workstation. Measure the usable floor area as well as the operator’s normal movement zone before ordering. The 910 mm version is also available with yellow warning stripes. The contrasting detail makes the sides of the mat easier to see and can be useful in busy areas where the edge should stand out from the surrounding floor. The warning-striped version has the same stated thickness and roll length as the standard Yoga Meter matting.

Full rolls or anti-fatigue matting cut by the metre

A full roll is 18.3 m long. It is a practical choice for a continuous packing line, several nearby workstations or a site that wants the same vinyl workstation mat in multiple locations. Where only a shorter section is needed, the matting can be supplied in a cut length by the metre. When planning the length, include the complete area in which the user normally stands, turns and takes short steps. Also check the available width around benches, machine bases and counter fittings. Thickness and full roll length remain the same across all three width options.
