When a standing area needs to follow the workstation rather than a standard mat size, Yoga Solid offers a practical modular solution. Each 910 × 910 mm tile can be used on its own or joined to other tiles to form a longer run, a wider platform or a work area shaped around equipment. If the layout changes, the modules can be disconnected, moved and assembled again in a new configuration.

The 15 mm construction creates a cushioned surface between the operator and a hard industrial floor. This makes the interlocking anti-fatigue mat suitable for standing tasks at assembly lines, packing stations, maintenance points and warehouse work areas. The solid, non-slip top surface also gives the operator dependable footing while keeping everyday cleaning straightforward.

Modular rubber tiles for changing work areas

Yoga Solid is supplied as individual tiles, making it easier to plan the matting around the actual footprint of the job. A small workstation may need only one module, while several modules can be combined for a longer production position or a larger shared standing area. This modular format also means that the entire installation does not need to be replaced simply because a workstation is moved.

Every tile has a fixed connector on one side. This allows it to connect directly to the next module without tools. For installations made from several tiles, separately sold connector strips (6032-330) are used to complete the layout. Bevelled edge and corner strips (6022-330) are also available separately. These accessories finish the exposed sides of the mat and create a more gradual transition from the surrounding floor, helping to reduce the risk of tripping.

Cushioned support for standing work

Standing on a hard concrete floor for much of the working day can place repeated strain on the feet and legs. The flexible rubber structure of Yoga Solid softens the standing surface and absorbs impact underfoot. It provides a balance of cushioning and stability for tasks where the operator remains in one area or moves within a defined workstation. The top is solid rather than perforated. This makes the mat a clear choice for dry work areas where a closed standing surface is preferred. Its non-slip finish supports steady footing in industrial use, while the 15 mm rubber construction cushions the standing area.

Studded underside allows air to circulate

Small studs on the underside serve two purposes. They help the modular rubber mat stay securely positioned, and they lift it slightly above the floor. The resulting air gap allows the floor beneath the mat to ventilate instead of being fully sealed by a flat backing.

The detachable construction also simplifies routine care. Individual modules can be separated from the installation and rinsed clean, then reconnected after cleaning. If dirt collects in one part of a large layout, the relevant tiles can be removed without dismantling more of the matting than necessary.

Choose Yoga Solid or Yoga Solid Extra

The two versions share the same modular format, tile size and 15 mm thickness, but they are intended for different working conditions.

• Yoga Solid, black: the standard natural rubber option for dry workstations and areas without regular oil exposure.
• Yoga Solid Extra, brick red: the alternative for workplaces where limited exposure to oils, greases or chemicals may occur.
