Yoga Tuff adds a cushioned, stable surface to fixed workstations in warehouses, production areas and other intralogistics environments. This heavy-duty modular anti-fatigue mat combines natural rubber, an open-hole surface and a practical linking system in one durable 910 x 910 mm module. The modules can be used individually or joined to cover a larger work zone. This makes the matting easy to adapt around a packing bench, assembly station, sorting point or other area where employees spend long periods standing. Yoga Tuff is intended primarily for dry environments, although it withstands short-term exposure to moisture and oils.

Cushioning and grip for standing work

Yoga Tuff is made from natural rubber and is 15 mm thick. It creates a softer, more comfortable standing surface without feeling unstable underfoot. The non-slip surface also provides dependable grip in everyday industrial use. The operating temperature range is -30 to +60 °C, making the rubber anti-fatigue mat suitable for indoor work areas with varying temperatures.

Perforated surface for moisture and dirt

The open-hole pattern has two practical jobs. It allows moisture to pass through the mat instead of remaining on the walking surface, and it collects dirt and small debris below foot level. Material such as dust, grit and swarf can fall through the holes rather than staying directly beneath the user’s shoes.

Small raised studs on the underside lift the perforated rubber mat slightly above the floor. This creates space for air to circulate and helps prevent moisture from becoming trapped beneath the module. The design is useful where occasional splashes or carried-in moisture may occur, but Yoga Tuff remains a mat for mainly dry work areas. Oil and moisture resistance applies to short-term exposure only.

A modular mat that fits the work area

Each Yoga Tuff module measures 910 x 910 mm and has an integral connector along one side. Adjacent modules can be joined quickly to build a continuous anti-fatigue matting area. A single tile can serve a compact standing point, while several tiles can create a wider surface along a workbench or production station.

When the layout requires modules to connect on other sides, use the optional connector strip, product number 6032-330. The strip gives greater freedom to extend the interlocking anti-fatigue mat in the required direction. This modular approach also makes it easier to plan the floor area around the actual workstation instead of selecting a fixed-size mat that may be too small or unnecessarily large.

Bevelled edges improve access

Optional bevelled edge sections, product number 6022-330, create a smoother transition between the floor and the 15 mm mat. They reduce the risk of catching a foot on an exposed edge and make it easier to roll a trolley onto or across the mat. Edge sections are particularly useful where the modular mat borders an active walking or trolley route.

The required accessories depend on the final layout. Connector strips are used when modules must link on any side, while bevelled edges finish accessible outer sides. Choosing both together with the modules helps create a tidy, practical workstation surface.

Cleaning the Yoga Tuff industrial mat

Loose dirt can be removed from the surface and from beneath the modules as part of normal floor care. For more thorough cleaning, Yoga Tuff withstands pressure washing up to a maximum of 60 psi. It can also be washed with a degreasing detergent within the pH range of 4-9. The open construction gives water and loosened dirt a route through the mat during cleaning. The modules can also be lifted when the floor underneath needs attention.
