JESPI is often chosen where loads are too heavy or too frequent for manual pushing, but a forklift is not the right tool for every move. Typical use cases include moving components between workstations, feeding production lines, transferring materials in a warehouse, and transporting equipment in maintenance areas.
Moving a 1,000 kg load again and again puts real stress on the frame. The powder-coated steel construction is designed for industrial use where full loads are routine. A low centre of gravity supports stable handling, especially in turns and on routes with ramps or uneven sections.
Stable movement is also about protecting the load. When the cart behaves predictably, operators spend less time correcting the load position and more time completing the run and moving on to the next task.
Zallys JESPI is equipped with a 24 V battery system with two 96 Ah AGM batteries. AGM technology is maintenance-free in daily operation, with no need for watering, and it helps minimise acid-related risks in the charging and maintenance area. The capacity is designed to support long operating time, making the unit suitable for regular warehouse and production transport during a working day.
Because JESPI is fully electric, it removes exhaust fumes from indoor routes and helps keep the overall noise level down. This is useful in production areas, warehouses and service corridors where people work close to the transport route and clear air matters.
