Large packages are awkward to move when a standard toe plate does not give them enough support. The Finnish-made Jumbo heavy-duty sack truck addresses that problem with a folding extension toe plate. Open it when handling deep boxes or equipment cases, then fold it back against the frame when the extra load area is no longer needed.

The truck has a 300 kg load capacity and is intended for demanding package handling in warehouses, distribution operations and worksite environments. A folding extension toe plate for deep packages

The extension is useful when package sizes vary during the working day. It can be opened for larger loads without turning the truck into a permanently bulky piece of equipment. Once the job is complete, the toe plate folds towards the frame. The two large pneumatic tyres are designed to roll more softly than small, hard wheels. Their Ø 260 mm diameter helps the sack truck move across ramps, gravel and paved surfaces, while the air-filled construction absorbs some of the vibration produced by an uneven route. This can make handling feel smoother and helps reduce the shocks transferred to the package.

Pneumatic tyres are particularly useful when a transport route includes both indoor and outdoor sections. As with any air-filled tyre, their condition and pressure should be checked as part of normal equipment inspection.

Steel frame for professional package handling

The Finnish-made steel frame gives the truck a rigid upright structure for supporting large items. Its powder-coated finish protects the steel surface during ordinary professional use. Vertical and horizontal frame sections provide several contact points for cartons and cases of different heights, rather than leaving the load to rest only against a narrow central rail. This format suits warehouse and distribution work where one truck may need to handle several package sizes in the same shift. The operator can use the extension toe plate when more depth is needed and fold it away for storage afterwards.
