The range includes models for one, two, four or six drums. Every size is only 140 mm high and has a removable grating over the sump. The spill decks are made from 100% recycled polyethylene and are suitable for oils, white spirit, acids, alkalis and many other compatible chemicals. Optional accessories make it possible to join separate units, connect their sumps and add a ramp for easier access.
Each spill deck creates a contained area directly beneath the drums. The drums stand on the grating, while released liquid runs into the sump below. This helps keep small leaks and routine splashes away from the surrounding floor and makes the affected area easier to identify and manage.
Secondary containment is especially useful where drums are stored for long periods or used regularly for dispensing. A loose cap, damaged seal or small handling error may release only a limited amount of liquid, but even a small spill can spread into walkways, under equipment or towards a drain. Positioning a low-profile spill deck at the source helps keep the liquid in one defined place.
The spill decks are manufactured from 100% recycled polyethylene. This material is well suited to industrial spill containment because it does not rust and withstands many commonly handled liquids. The stated chemical resistance covers oil, white spirit, acids and alkalis.
The seamless moulded sump helps keep collected liquid within the deck. Its recycled-polyethylene construction provides a durable platform for routine warehouse, workshop and production use while retaining 100% recycled content.
All four models have a height of 140 mm. The low edge reduces the height over which a drum must be moved and keeps the working level close to the surrounding floor. This is useful in locations where drums are loaded, removed or changed regularly.
An optional anti-slip access ramp can be added when rolling access is required. The ramp helps move drums onto the spill deck without lifting them over the full edge of the platform. Plan enough clear space in front of the ramp so that the drum can be approached and controlled safely.
The compact height also allows several units to form a practical spill containment area without creating a high raised platform. This makes the system suitable for fitting around existing drum positions where floor space and access routes need to remain clear. It also provides a lower working surface than a conventional tall spill pallet.
The drums stand on a removable plastic grating above the sump. The open surface allows drips and splashes to pass into the polyethylene sump tray instead of remaining around the base of the drum. When inspection or cleaning is required, the grating can be lifted out to provide access to the sump.
The range covers four footprints and sump capacities. Select the model according to the number of 200-litre drums, the available floor area and the containment capacity required at the site.

Separate spill decks can be placed together when one standard size does not match the available space or when the storage area may need to grow later. This modular approach allows the layout to follow a wall, fit around existing equipment or create a larger contained working area.
Optional joining clips connect two units and help keep the spill decks aligned. Where the sumps also need to communicate, the Sump-to-Sump™ Drain Kit provides a transfer connection between adjacent decks. The kit includes one pair of joining clips, a connecting tube and two grommets. This allows liquid to move between the connected sumps rather than remaining only in the first unit.
Accessories can be selected according to the way the drums are handled and the number of decks used. The ramp is useful where drums are moved on and off the platform regularly. Joining clips are intended for a neat modular arrangement, while the drain kit is used when a liquid connection between sumps is required.
