This nestable roll container combines a 400 kg load capacity with a two-sided, open design. It is intended for moving and temporarily storing suitable goods in warehouses, distribution areas, retail back rooms and other internal logistics environments. Its key benefit becomes clear when several empty units need to be kept together. Each empty roll container can be pushed partly inside the next one. This nesting arrangement reduces the amount of floor space needed for unused units and makes it easier to keep a return or staging area organised.

A two-sided roll container with open access

The two mesh walls support goods from the long sides, while the open sides provide direct access to the load. This layout suits work where items are loaded and removed regularly. Goods can be reached without opening a gate, which keeps the handling process simple.

Nestable design saves space between tasks

Empty handling equipment can quickly fill valuable working space, particularly in dispatch areas, goods receiving zones and retail stock rooms. The nestable design addresses that everyday problem. When the units are empty, they slide partly into one another to form a more compact row.

This feature is useful wherever roll cages move through a repeated cycle of loading, unloading, staging and return. The units remain ready to be brought back into use, but their empty footprint is reduced. A designated nesting area can also help keep aisles and work zones clearer than a collection of separately parked containers.

Electro-galvanised tubular steel construction

The frame is manufactured from electro-galvanised tubular steel. The zinc coating covers the steel surface and gives the frame its plain metallic finish. The construction remains open and easy to inspect during daily goods handling. The side panels have a mesh size of 125 x 300 mm. The open mesh makes the contents visible while the two walls provide lateral support.

Fixed and swivel castors for controlled movement

The nestable roll container runs on four 100 mm castors: two fixed and two swivel. The fixed castors help the unit hold a consistent direction, while the swivel castors allow the operator to steer and position it. This combination is commonly used on manually moved material-handling equipment because it supports both travel and manoeuvring. Braked castors are available by special order and are not part of the standard specification. Request them when ordering if they are needed.
