This configuration uses 1850 mm pallet rack beams (beam type BX100/13). In Euro pallet racking, an 1850 mm beam length is widely used for storing two standard Euro pallets per beam level, while leaving working clearance for safe placement and retrieval. The short span keeps each bay compact, which helps when you want the racking run to fit neatly into a specific wall length or between doors and columns.
The racking is based on the Dexion P90 pallet racking system. In adjustable pallet racking, flexibility is the big advantage: you can set beam levels at the heights you actually need, rather than forcing every pallet to fit one fixed compartment. Here, beam height adjustment is possible in 50 mm increments, which makes it easier to fine-tune clearances for different goods.
Modularity also matters when your operation changes. New SKUs arrive, pallet heights vary, or you want to separate inbound and outbound stock. With a beam-and-upright system, you can reconfigure levels, add accessories, or start with a starter bay and extend the racking run with add-on bays (extension bays) without replacing the whole structure. This package is intended for Euro pallets, and the Dexion P90 system is commonly used with a wide range of pallet types and load carriers. If your load carrier dimensions differ, the racking can be configured with suitable beam lengths and depths. The key is to match the bay size to the pallet footprint and to keep safe clearances for forklift placement.
