This Dexion P90 pallet racking add-on bay extends an existing run and gives you 12 EUR pallet locations in one neat, bolt-together section. The bay is designed for fast installation and a clean fit with your current racking, so you can put new storage capacity to work with minimal disruption.
The upright frame components are made from galvanised steel for corrosion resistance, while the beams are orange powder-coated for visibility on the shop floor. Beam levels are adjustable in 50 mm increments, and the system is designed in line with EN 15512. Upright frames are delivered in parts (assembled frames are available at extra cost).

When pallet traffic is steady, the quickest way to improve throughput is often the simplest: add clear, reachable pallet locations right where your forklifts already operate. This Dexion P90 pallet racking add-on bay is built for exactly that job. It attaches to an existing pallet racking run and expands your storage capacity by 12 EUR (Euro) pallet positions without forcing a full re-layout of the warehouse.
The bay width of 3600 mm is sized for four Euro pallets per level. With the floor level plus two beam levels, you get a practical three-level layout that keeps picking and replenishment straightforward. If your stock mix changes later, the system’s adjustable design makes it easier to reconfigure beam heights and keep your pallet racking working efficiently.
This product is an add-on bay (also called an extension bay) for an existing pallet racking line. Because an add-on bay is designed to integrate into an existing run, it is intended to be used together with your current pallet racking. If you are starting from scratch, you typically begin with a complete, stand-alone bay first and then expand with add-on bays as your storage needs grow.

Warehouse storage rarely stays the same for long. That’s why the Dexion P90 system uses an adjustable beam layout with 50 mm height increments. You can fine-tune clearances between levels as your pallet heights change, seasonal stock comes in, or you move to different packaging. This adjustability helps you keep headroom tight without compromising safe handling.
Although this bay is dimensioned for EUR pallets, adjustable pallet racking is widely used for a broad range of unit loads. Depending on pallet footprint and load overhang, the racking can also be used for other pallet types and unitised goods. Many warehouses place boxes, stillages or cages on suitable shelf decks or support bars to create safer storage for non-standard items.
Typical applications include finished goods, inbound pallets, spare parts, packaging materials, work-in-progress buffers and general reserve storage. Because access is direct, this style of pallet racking is a practical choice when you need to reach any pallet without moving others first.
To tailor the racking to your goods and working practices, a broad range of accessories can be used. Common add-ons include intermediate beams, shelf decks or grating, and pull-out solutions for selected items. For safety and damage prevention, many sites also add protective and guarding components, especially in high-traffic aisles.

The pallet racking system is designed in accordance with EN 15512. In practice, that means the racking follows recognised European principles for structural design of adjustable pallet racking. For safe day-to-day use, keep to the rated capacities, maintain clear load labels, and carry out regular inspections, especially after impacts.
The configuration is designed around standard EUR pallets and a clear, easy-to-manage layout. The kit includes 4 beams, which form two beam levels (front and rear beam per level). Combined with the floor level, this gives you storage for 12 EUR pallets in a single bay.
Upright frames are delivered in parts. If you prefer, frames can also be supplied pre-assembled at extra cost.
