Extend your pallet racking run without rebuilding your warehouse

An extension bay (also called an add-on bay) connects directly to an existing pallet racking bay. Instead of building a completely separate rack, you expand the same row and keep the aisles, picking routes and loading areas tidy. For most warehouses, this is the most cost-effective way to increase pallet capacity because you gain new pallet spaces while sharing one upright frame with the previous bay.

This package is designed specifically for Euro pallet storage and is a good fit for production storage, logistics staging areas, goods-in buffers and dispatch zones. You keep palletised goods visible, the floor easier to clean and the working area more predictable for operators.

The bay is sized for 9 Euro pallet positions in a typical 3-pallet-wide configuration. The package includes two adjustable beam levels (four pallet beams in total). In many everyday setups this allows a practical 3-level arrangement, where pallet positions are organised consistently from ground level upwards. The exact beam placement depends on your pallet height and handling routine, and the system’s 50 mm adjustment pitch makes fine-tuning straightforward.

• 1 upright frame (uprights, horizontal and diagonal bracing, base plates, washers and fixing accessories)
• 4 pallet beams supplied with safety locks

The frame components are delivered as parts (assembled for an extra charge). This makes it easier to move the goods to the installation area and helps keep site handling simple, especially when access is limited.
