The FCW parcel scale is designed for day-to-day shipping, goods-in and warehouse handling, where you need a clear readout and repeatable results without fuss. With its stainless steel platform and separate indicator, this shipping scale keeps the weight visible even when you are working with tall cartons, crates or return boxes that would normally hide the screen on a compact scale.

Remote display keeps the readout in sight

The indicator is connected to the platform and can be positioned where it supports the workflow. Mount it on a wall at eye level, or keep it on the table right next to your scanner and labels. On a parcel scale used all day, this detail matters: you can confirm the weight immediately instead of lifting the parcel just to see the digits.

Because the controller is separate, you can place the weighing platform where the parcel naturally lands during packing, while keeping the readout in the operator’s natural line of sight.

Stainless steel weighing platform

The FCW parcel scale uses a stainless steel weighing platform that provides a stable base for boxes and containers. Platform dimensions (W x D x H) are 405 x 305 x 45 mm. The wide surface area supports typical parcels, totes and small crates, and the rigid platform helps keep loads steady while you check the reading.

The low height (45 mm) makes a real difference when you handle heavier items repeatedly. It is easier to slide a carton onto the platform or lower it down without a high lift. Stainless steel is also practical in warehouse environments: the surface is easy to wipe clean with common cleaning agents, and it tolerates everyday knocks and bumps.

Backlit LCD and straightforward controls

The backlit LCD has large, easy-to-read digits (25 mm high). This helps in dimmer warehouse corners, at loading areas, and during early shifts. The controller is built for straightforward operation and includes the core functions used in shipping and warehouse environments: tare, unit change, net/gross weighing and automatic power-off.

• Tare removes the weight of bins, trays or reusable containers so you record the value you actually need.
• Unit change supports work where different weighing units are required for different customers or documents.
• Net/gross makes it easier to separate packaging weight from product weight.
• Auto-off switches the parcel scale off automatically when it is left idle, which reduces unnecessary power draw and supports temporary battery operation.

FCW is available in three versions with the same platform scale design.

• 30 kg capacity, 20 g readability
• 60 kg capacity, 50 g readability
• 150 kg capacity, 100 g readability

Mains power as standard, with temporary battery operation

The FCW shipping scale operates on mains power for continuous use at a fixed weighing point. When the work moves, the parcel scale can also be used temporarily on batteries. This is practical for short tasks between racking, at a loading bay, or in areas where running an extension lead is not ideal. If you are doing quick checks on a batch of goods, you can bring the platform scale closer to the location instead of transporting everything to a weighing station.

Operating range and CE approval

The operating temperature range is 0 to +40 °C, which covers typical indoor packing areas, goods-in zones and workshop storage rooms. The parcel scale is CE approved.
