Some handling jobs are too heavy for a simple trolley, but they still do not justify a large powered stacker or forklift. The PL Series electric platform stacker 400 kg is made for exactly that middle ground. It is a compact, manually moved lifting truck with electric lifting and lowering, designed for everyday load handling in warehouses, production areas, packing stations, workshops and maintenance spaces. The operator pushes and steers the unit by hand, while the battery-powered lift mechanism takes care of the vertical movement.

Electric lifting with manual movement

The main benefit of this battery-powered stacker is clear in daily use: the operator does not need to pump the load up by foot or hand. Raising and lowering are handled electrically. This is especially helpful when the same type of lift is repeated many times during a shift, or when a load must be positioned carefully before it is transferred to a bench, shelf or machine. The movement of the truck itself remains manual, which keeps the equipment straightforward and well suited to short-distance goods handling. Because the truck is hand-pushed, it can be placed precisely beside a workstation, pallet area, packing bench or storage location.

Platform stacker for boxes, components and small palletised goods

The fixed lifting platform measures 580 x 655 mm. This makes the electric platform stacker suitable for boxes, cartons, tools, spare parts, components, jigs, containers and small palletised goods that can be placed securely on the platform. The minimum platform height is 85 mm, which helps when loading from low levels and when bringing goods close to floor height before transport.

400 kg lifting capacity for demanding everyday handling

The PL Series electric platform stacker has a lifting capacity of 400 kg. That makes it suitable for heavier internal handling tasks while still remaining compact enough for everyday use in limited space. The unit is supplied with a relief valve, supporting controlled use when lifting and lowering loads within the stated capacity. The compact width of 600 mm helps the stacker move through many typical warehouse and workshop routes, while the total length of 1100 mm keeps it manageable when turning or positioning near shelving, benches and production equipment.

Battery and charger included

The lift mechanism is powered by a 12 V / 60 Ah AGM battery. An AC 220 V / 50 Hz charger is included in the delivery, so there is no need to source a separate charger for normal use. The control layout is designed for direct operation, with clear lift and lowering functions and a battery charge indicator that helps the user check the remaining charge before work continues.

Two lift height options

The PL Series battery-powered platform stacker is available in two size options. Both versions have the same 400 kg load capacity and the same low 85 mm minimum height, but the maximum lift height and unit weight differ.

Wheels, brakes and handling in tight areas

Smooth-running wheels make the stacker easy to move by hand on suitable industrial floors. The front wheels measure Ø 75 x 40 mm and the rear wheels measure Ø 127 x 40 mm. The rear wheels are fitted with parking brakes, which help keep the unit in place while lifting, lowering or loading. This is important when the operator is positioning a load accurately or working close to shelves, workstations or machinery.
