The PL Series manual platform stacker is a compact and reliable aid for everyday material handling. It is designed for workplaces where goods need to be lifted, transported and stacked in a controlled way, but where an electric stacker would be unnecessary. This model has a 400 kg load capacity and uses a manual hydraulic lifting system operated by a foot pump. The operator can raise the platform with leg power instead of pulling the load up by hand.

The main advantage of this manual platform stacker is its straightforward operation. There is no battery to charge, no cable to connect and no electric lifting motor to maintain. The stacker is ready for use when it is needed, which is useful in areas where lifting jobs are occasional but still too heavy or too repetitive to do by hand.

The foot pump gives quick and accurate lifting. Because the lifting movement is made with the leg, the user can work with less strain on the back, shoulders and arms. The hand lever lowers the platform smoothly, helping the operator place the load carefully. Smooth lowering also helps protect the goods and reduces unnecessary shock to the lifting cylinder.

The hydraulic system is fitted with an overload valve. This safety feature helps prevent the manual stacker from being overloaded and supports controlled use with heavier loads. Platform size, frame dimensions and manoeuvrability

The lifting platform measures 580 x 655 mm. This gives a practical support surface for many goods handled in workshops, stores and production areas. The total length of the stacker is 1100 mm and the width is 600 mm, so the unit remains compact enough for aisles, workstations and storage areas where space is limited.

Movement is supported by nylon wheels: front/fork wheels are Ø 75 x 40 mm and rear steering wheels are Ø 127 x 40 mm. Nylon rolls well on typical industrial floor surfaces such as concrete and epoxy. It also withstands moisture, dust and many common chemicals, which makes it a practical wheel material for warehouses and production environments. The 1,350 mm turning radius helps the operator change direction without needing a large open area. This matters when loads must be moved between shelves, workstations, packing areas and incoming goods points.
