Heavy Duty Shelf Trolley 100 Series for industrial material handling

When heavy goods need to move through a warehouse or workshop, the trolley has to do more than simply roll from one point to another. It has to carry weight, stay stable, turn where the aisle becomes narrow and give the user enough shelf space to organise the load properly. The Heavy Duty Shelf Trolley 100 Series is made for that kind of work. It is a strong industrial shelf trolley with four laminate shelf boards, an electro-galvanised steel frame and a total load capacity of up to 800 kg. This shelf trolley is a practical choice for demanding environments where boxes, machine parts, tools, maintenance equipment or packed goods are moved several times during the day.

Four shelf levels for heavy and bulky items

The four shelf boards give the Heavy Duty Shelf Trolley 100 Series a large usable loading area without making the trolley unnecessarily complicated. The shelves are made from quality laminate board, which gives a firm surface for cartons, plastic boxes, tools and components. The flat shelves also make it easier to keep different items separate during transport. Small parts can be kept on one level, larger packages on another and heavier items placed lower when the load plan allows it. A multi-level trolley is especially useful when the goods are not all the same size.

Electro-galvanised frame and laminate shelf boards

The frame is electro-galvanised, giving the trolley a durable steel structure for demanding indoor industrial use. This type of finish is well suited to equipment that is moved, handled and parked in busy working areas. It gives the frame a clean, practical appearance and helps it stand up to daily wear in warehouses, factories and workshops. The laminate shelf boards give the load a stable base, are straightforward to wipe clean and are practical for mixed goods. Compared with an open frame or a single platform, the four shelves make it easier to arrange items so that they are visible and reachable.

Solid rubber castors for controlled movement

The trolley is equipped with two fixed and two swivel solid rubber castors. This wheel arrangement gives a good balance between straight-line stability and manoeuvrability. The fixed wheels help the trolley track steadily when it is pushed along longer warehouse aisles. The swivel castors make turning easier at the end of a row, near a workstation or beside a loading point. The wheel diameter is 200 mm, which is a useful size for a heavy industrial transport trolley. Larger wheels generally make it easier to move a loaded trolley over normal workshop and warehouse floors, especially where the floor is not perfectly smooth. Solid rubber castors are a practical choice for indoor material handling because they are robust and do not require pneumatic inflation.

Choose a braked or non-braked model

The Heavy Duty Shelf Trolley 100 Series is available with or without brakes. A braked model is recommended when the trolley may be parked during loading, unloading or work at a station. Brakes can also give extra control in areas where the trolley must remain in position while goods are being handled. The non-braked model is a simple choice for long, straight transport routes where fast movement and regular repositioning are the main needs.

Available sizes

The 100 Series shelf trolley is available in two model sizes. The smaller model gives a strong loading solution where aisle width and storage space are limited. The larger model provides more shelf area for bulkier packages and wider boxes. Both models have a height of 1900 mm and the same heavy duty character.
