Move bulky cartons, packages and loose goods in fewer trips with a wide 3-sided roll cage built for everyday warehouse handling. Its 1200 × 800 mm footprint provides a generous loading area, while the 1800 mm overall height makes good use of vertical space. Three mesh walls help contain the load, and the open front keeps goods directly accessible during loading, picking and unloading.
The roll container is made from electro-galvanised steel tube and runs on four Ø 100 mm castors: two fixed and two swivel. A version with braked castors is also available. The unit is supplied unassembled.

A wide 3-sided roll cage gives you more loading space without closing off access to the goods. The 1200 × 800 mm base is well suited to cartons, packages and other large-volume loads that would quickly fill a narrower trolley. With an overall height of 1800 mm and an internal height of 1640 mm, the container also uses vertical space effectively. This can reduce the number of separate movements needed when stock is transferred between receiving, storage, picking, production and dispatch areas.
The 3-sided roll cage design provides a practical balance between load support and access. The rear mesh wall and both side panels help keep boxes, bags and loose packages within the roll container during normal internal handling. At the same time, the open front leaves the whole internal height available for loading and unloading.
The mesh size is 105 × 350 mm. The open wire structure makes it easy to see the contents from outside, which can help with quick stock checks and product identification. Because the front has no gate, the operator can also reach the load without allowing extra clearance for a door. If more support is needed across the open side, rubber strap 1503-103 is available separately.
The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel tube. The zinc coating adds a protective finish to the steel for regular use in warehouse, industrial and backroom environments. The open mesh structure also keeps the contents visible from outside. The unit weighs 39 kg without a load. It is supplied unassembled.
The 3-sided roll cage is fitted with four Ø 100 mm castors. Two are fixed and two swivel. The fixed pair helps the trolley follow a steady line, while the swivel pair lets the operator turn when the route changes. Together, they balance straight tracking with practical steering.
A version with braked castors is also available. Brakes are useful when the roll container needs to be held in position during loading, unloading or temporary storage. Choose the wheel version according to the operating area and the way the trolley will be used.
